Dr. Leo Eliezer founded Jones Bridge Dental Care in 1996, going from zero to in-excess of 9,000 patients by 2016. His passion for cosmetic and implant dentistry has allowed him to give people beautiful smiles and restore function in missing teeth.

I am proud to have served patients in our community for over 30 years. My staff and I are committed to providing dentistry, along with technology, in a caring, relaxing, safe environment, building lifelong relationships among our community and patients.

After 10 years of practicing in the USSR, Dr. Leo and his family moved to the United States. In August of 1992, he was accepted to Tufts University School of Dentistry in Boston, MA, for advanced dental study. He completed the four-year program in two and a half years, graduating in November of 1994.

The dental professional has logged over 4,000 registered continuing education hours which qualifies him for Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of Dentistry, attended extensive training in both cosmetic and restorative dentistry and received guidance from some of the finest clinical mentors in the country.

Dr. Leo was elevated to the Diplomate status, the highest status of Dental Implantology within the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) on August 24, 2007 during the ICOI World Congress XXV & 10th Annual IPS Symposium, held in San Francisco, California.

Dr. Leo is one of just a few dentists in Georgia to receive this honor. Nominees for Diplomate come from two sources: ICOI Vice Presidents may nominate such individuals for approval by the Board of Directors and the Diplomate Committee. Such candidates are chosen from amongst those who have most significantly contributed to the art and science of oral implantology.

The ICOI also conducts a Diplomate program in which active members are encouraged to achieve Diplomate status through their efforts in education, research and actual clinical experience. All Diplomates of the ICOI may designate D.I.C.O.I. after their names.

Dr. Leo was awarded Diplomate status a second time by the Board of Directors of the International Dental Implant Association in September of 2011 in Miami, FL. Very few dentists obtain Diplomate status in Dental Implantology twice in their lifetimes, especially by two different globally-recognized organizations.

Dr. Leo currently lives with his family in Alpharetta, and he is a proud member of his community. He donates his services through an Annual Free Dentistry Day to give back to the local residents who have helped him prosper. Dr. Leo is committed to sharing the most recent information in dental advances and treatment with you and your family by providing the best quality, customer service, and team in the area.

To ensure that he provides patients with the best quality and most advanced care, he continually upgrades his knowledge and skills. He has completed literally hundreds of hours of continuing education courses on topics including: cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, state-of-the-art aesthetics, bonding, crown lengthening, treatment planning for restorative and implant dentistry, and many more.
