THE WORST DENTIST EVERRRR dont waste your time messed up my teeth and now are taking forever to fix getting care elsewhere to fix their mistakes lie about approval they just want your money they do not want to help very nasty and run down terrible communication worst dentist ever I have holes in my teeth because of their poor care

I am someone who has neglected the dentist in fear, but recently I needed to get a root canal and I had the BEST experience. No pain during the process, very gentle. No after pain either. Everyone was very nice and you can tell they truly care.

Rude and absolutely incompetent front desk/phone service, if they even answer. Been trying for MONTHS to get a referral since my root canal is "too delicate" for them to perform. Numerous phone calls & emails, today they STILL have my email MISPELLED!?! Incompetent and plain ignorant! " E for Umbrella" while repeating my email back to me. REALLY??? Also- due to having COVID and my transportation cancelling/no-show (Logisticare) I was told I am no longer welcome to be a patient there. WHAT? It's hard enough being disabled on Medicaid to find providers. Dealing with this "establishment" is like pulling teeth! Pun intended.

This was my second time to this clinic.run away from this place ..front desk ..rude ..unprofessional...had appointment for pain teeth ....I was the first to arrive but 3 more people come after me ..they went in ..after 1 hour waiting .. i asked the receptionist when am going to be seen because I'm pregnant and can't stay long because I'm in pain .. she said doctor is busy whenever he finishes ....than another lady come over (supervisor)saying you have to wait if you want if not go find another office .. horrible experience ..if you are not Spanish don't bother to go ..

Run as fast as you can from this so called dental practice!! Horrible customer service, David who is the owner is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. After not being able to numb me up for dental work they continued to work on my mouth while I was in extreme pain and then told me that I probably need to see another Dentist. Please don't waste your time visiting this group of idiots. I gave one star just to be able to post but this office is actually rated -10.

I thank the doctors and office staff for providing me with excellent care every visit. My family and friends always feel cared for when leaving this dental office. I have also recommended coming here to people who do not have insurance because the office always tries to manage their prices according to your budget. Thanks a lot! ;)

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST!! Not only do they not check insurance properly but force you to pay stating they will return your money once your insurance pays them. I'm still trying to recover the money I paid for a procedure done here. The "office manager" Wendy isn't only unprofessional but lazy. When inquiring about my claim she said "I haven't had time to go over this yet, will be a few a few days until I get to it" mind you they were the ones that made a mistake in their end. Don't even bother trying to talk to the owner because he's just as lost as everybody else there. I went to pick up a refund check they had for me and the place was closed, nobody bother to call me to inform me they wouldn't be there. Once again, find a place with a more competitive staff since this place will only give you nightmares.

Dr. Kim was amazing! He's gentile and explained everything and answered all my annoying questions. The office was clean you don't wait much beyond the time your scheduled; which I love bc I have babies at home. Highly recommend dr Kim. I visited the office twice he did a cleaning and added a crown. He did a great job. I've had a crown put in before and his work is so much better.

SHOCKING TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!; 4-6 Months ago, I recommended their services to my mother after finding they were state covered. We went in, and the simple introductory cleaning resulted in excruciating pain that my mother is forced to take prescribed painkillers for to this day. They blamed her claiming tooth sensitivity and sent her to find surgeons after giving us nothing but blank stares and empty x-rays. They went on to ignore our pleas for answers till they even forgot who she was when they finally returned our call with a callous "How can we help you?". Never again! Stay away! They are not professional and they not compassionate! Save yourself the life altering pain.

Although the clinic itself is not good the staff is great! I went a couple of months ago and was seen by Dr. Rahim, he literally made my day! Such an amazing doctor, and so friendly. If you are afraid of needles he is amazing, you won't even know he injected it because he is so gentle. Literally the best doctor ever!

Honestly I would not be coming back here. Had to redo my fill ins... first tooth I had to redo it about 2-3 times because the first dentist did it INCORRECTLY. Starting seeing a different dentist she was super nice and sweet... but Second tooth, I got it redone 2 times and it STILL HURTS ME. I don't understand it is only a fill in.... And now I feel like I have to get a root canal because the fddddd up...this is a joke.

The WORST and MOST unprofessional office i have EVER been too. I had spoken to a man David & he was absolutely disgusting to me. Was being VERY creepy and made me extremely uncomfortable. I came in with my daughter & he was speaking very loudly and scarred and scared my daughter. He told me two completely different pieces and appointments THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER be returning back & David is absolutely repulsive FIRE HIM. Save yourself from this disgusting vile excuse of an office.

The staff and workers are super nice ! the front desk lady named Leidy is super nice and speaks spanish which is super great !! Overall, the best!!
