Dr. Bresler received his D.D.S. from the prestigious Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacic and commissioned in the US Air Force. He graduated a joint program in Periodontics offered by Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC) and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) with a Master of Science degree from UTHSCSA and a clinical certificate in Periodontics from WHMC. Dr. Bresler is board certied in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery. After a glorious Air Force career of 23 years, Dr. Bresler, his wife, 4 children and 3 dogs have decided to make Panama City, FL home.
Addisen Hemminger was raised in a small town in eastern New Mexico, and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene at Concorde Career College in Dallas, TX. She recently moved to the area after marrying her high school sweetheart who is stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base. She loves meeting new people and building relationships. Her personal goal is to educate people about their oral health and also provide exceptional oral health care. She prides herself on staying up to date on the latest dental research and technology. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and walks with her husband and her Great Pyrenees, Blue.
Taylor Hicks comes to us from Alabama. She does it all-front office, back office and more. Good luck trying to catch her without a smile on her face. Her Southern charm is comforting. She is not only the welcoming pillar of PCIP, she has a great team at home with a devoted husband at her side and her beautiful daughter as her favorite cheerleader.
Eve is from the Czech Republic and has 12 years of experience as a dental assistant in general dentistry, endodontic and orthodontic practices. She is excited to have an opportunity to assist in a periodontal practice.She has attended continuing education courses at both the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry and at NOVA Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine.Eve loves dentistry and interacting with her patients.She has been married to her husband for 17 years, and they have two beautiful children.Eve loves spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling.

I went to Panama City Implants for a follow up visit. I highly recommend Dr Bresler and his staff. Dr Bresler is very thorough and always clearly explains things. The staff is very friendly. The office is clean and attractive.

Had an emergency abscess. They got me in right away. These people were amazing. The doctor, staff, even the receptionist all were so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Everyone is so nice. From the receptionist to the Doctor. The assistants are very professional and knowledgeable in their work. The procedure, so far, has been painless as Dr. Bresler extracted a tooth and now has me prepared for the three implants. Looking forward to the next visit to finish up I hope. I highly recommend them for your implants and periodontist work

I had to have an additional surgery to cover my tooth root after the gum graft. I was only going to be in the area for another two weeks and the office got me in ASAP. Got my stitches out today and like before Dr. Bresler did an excellent job. Love the office staff they all are so friendly. I would highly recommend this office. Thanks for great service.

Awesome experience! Dr. Bresler is the first to diagnose my issues. He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and didn't act as if he were in any hurry and answered all my questions with great compassion. I am extremely happy with my visit today!
