Dr. Pamela Putman was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She and her husband, Len, fell in love with the mountains and the people of Western North Carolina. She moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina also to be closer to family.
Dr. Pamela Putman has been in the dental field since 1987. She earned her dental hygiene degree in Miami in 1991. She practiced as a dental hygienist for almost ten years. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2004. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. She continued on to open her own dental practice in 2005 in Boca Raton, Florida.
She continually takes above and beyond the required continuing education courses required for licensure. She has trained with nationally, well recognized clinicians that are leaders in the field of advanced dentistry. In 2011, she achieved the Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry. This achievement is accomplished by only 3% of the general dentists nationwide. Dentistry is her passion. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society and Florida Dental Association. Dr. Putman is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Putman routinely does general and cosmetic dentistry. She does root canals, extractions, implants, veneers, dentures, invisalign, teeth whitening and many more dental procedures. She has training in full mouth restorations for very worn or short looking teeth.

Joyce was born in Newport, Tennessee and grew up in Del Rio, Tennessee. She received her degree in Dental Assisting from Asheville Buncombe Community College. She became a Certified Dental Assistant in September 1993. She has been with our practice since 1993.
Susan was born and raised in Asheboro, North Carolina. She graduated with her Associate in Science Degree in Dental Hygiene at Central Piedmont Community College in 1973. She has been with the practice since 1990.
Linda was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She received her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Central Piedmont Community College in 1997. She enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with her family.
Amber was born and raised in Leicester, North Carolina. She received her degree in Dental Assisting from Asheville Buncombe Community College. She became a Certified Dental Assistant in July 2016. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Amber is also cross trained and can help with all of your scheduling, insurance, and TLC during your dental care.
Sarah was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and grew up in Swannanoa. She received her degree in Dental Assisting from Asheville Buncombe Community College in 2005. She lives in Weaverville and enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. Sarah is also cross trained and can help with all of your scheduling, insurance, and TLC during your dental care.
Jacqui was born in Asheville, North Carolina and grew up in Black Mountain. She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Asheville Buncombe Community College in 2004. She lives in Black Mountain with her partner, two daughters, two dogs, ten chickens and a frog. She enjoys gardening, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
