After graduating with honors from the Medical College of Virginia, she pursued a rigorous post-graduate training program at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), the leading school for cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry in the nation. Upon completion of this program, she graduated as an LVI Fellow. The distinction of LVI Fellow is only awarded to a select few dentists who have demonstrated mastery of the entire LVI program, which includes a minimum of 278 hours of dental training in advanced aesthetics and neuromuscular science.
These accolades reflect on the overall quality of care provided by Dr. Marzbans entire dental team. Many of her team members have been working with her for over five years, and their passion for dentistry matches her own.

I had the pleasant opportunity to join Dr. Marzbans team in 2004. I have been a Dental Assistant for almost 17 years. Along with Dr. Marzban and our team, I have been to several continuing education courses and seminars nationwide. Thank you Dr. Marzban! After years 10+ years of struggling with various CPAP machines and just about every kind of mask, my neurologist suggested I consider an oral sleep apnea appliance. This sounded like an amazing idea. I luckily found that Dr. Marzban's office offered sleep apnea oral appliances and I quickly made an appointment. Dr. Marzban and the entire staff were amazing. The fitting process was exacting - and the ProSomnus Sleep Technologies appliance I received fit perfectly. From the first night wearing it, it was life changing. I finally started getting an amazing night of solid sleep. Follow-on sleep tests validated the effectiveness of my appliance. It is super comfortable and easy to wear. Five years after getting my appliance, I remain incredibly grateful for Dr. Marzban and her staff's expertise in treating my sleep apnea.

HORRIBLE, LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE: I was a patient of Dr.Marzban at age 16-17. I presented to her practice with a mysterious case of acute necrotizing gingivitis aka ANUG(death of oral tissue, oral ulcers, acute pain that made it too painful to eat, infection spreading rapidly), malaise, and MRSA. ANUG is extremely rare, potentially deadly, associated with WW2 veterans and AIDS patients AND RARELY, MALNOURISMENT/ACUTE STRESS. I was very sick, akin to an AIDS patient's immune system failing. Due to her improper treatment, my ultra-rare/dangerous ANUG infection was not treated properly, treatment was begun but did not follow through the critical extensive process of debrinements aka removal of necrotizing infectious tissue, and antibiotics. She also refused to provide adequate pain management, to the point that the pain made me consider taking my own life multiple times. This prompt initial treatment is absolutely crucial to eliminate the infectious tissue and pus. She then had the AUDACITY to suddenly refuse to give me care mid-treatment, because she claimed my ANUG was "meth mouth" - she accused me of causing my own acute illness and stigmatizing my sickness - I did not use methamphetamine. Due to her beginning and suddenly refusing treatment, I now suffer from recurrent acute necrotizing gingivitis, and am losing much of my oral tissue. I have now been through 8-10 courses of the strong antibiotic flagyl, becoming acutely ill at least yearly. I am becoming resistant to said treatments, and they're becoming less effective each course. She could have completed my initial treatment, and I would not be suffering from such agony today (10 years later). -- By the way, it has since been deemed that my ANUG was/is caused by ANOREXIA NERVOSA, exacerbated by extreme psychological stress from PTSD that manifests as suppressing my immune system, which puts me in a state of severe immunodeficiency, which makes me prone to ANUG returning due to improper first treatment --. The trauma haunts me today: from being accused of causing my own illness, accusing me of using METH, which any test would prove false, during the worst pain I've ever experienced. She's a good doctor, but that does not excuse her malpractice of a rare, potentially deadly, condition - that now will most likely haunt me with ever-worsening bouts, which can lead to death. Evidence can be provided on everything I've said, although I'd prefer to keep my actual medical files private.

Dr. Marzban and her entire staff were fantastic. Fantastic probably doesn't hold enough weight to properly explain my experience. To put it mildly I needed a bunch of dental work to improve my dental health. Ana and Admarys did a tremendous job walking me through each step and making sure I was educated about the process. Not knowing much about the cosmotic dental process Ana and Admarys were very patient and allowed me to go through this process at my own pace. I am so thankful for both of them and all the support (and compliments) I received from everyone! Dr. Marzban, what can I say she is one of the brightest women I have met in my life. Her understanding of dentistry and expertise is second to none. The technology utilized in the practice is cutting edge! Dr. Marzban takes the extra time to understand her patients needs and wants. Her attention to detail gives piece of mind to any patient that they are getting the very best. I would not hesitate to recommend ANYONE to Dr. Marzban. I am all smiles! Thank you again Greg

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. However, Dr. Marzban and her very professional staff always make it a pleasant experience! Everyone is very up to date on the latest dental technology, and they thoroughly explain what procedures are happening in my mouth. And these women are genuinely nice people! I am delighted to give them 5 stars.

I've been going to Dr. Marzpan since she started her practice. What impresses me the most is how she and her assistants continue to stay current with all the latest developments in the field of dentistry. I personally have always had a fear of going to the dentist since childhood, and Dr. Marzpan has always made me feel at ease and I have never had a reason to fear my dental appointments anymore! I was told about Dr. Marzban and her band of Wonderful Assistants and it's all true. I have been afraid of a dentist (because I'm old) since in the old days your dentist always said "That doesn't hurt". So when Dr. Marzban said that she wouldn't hurt me I thought "feeling is believing". And guess what. She really didn't hurt me. I feel that not only does she and her Merry Assistants take care of your teeth, they take care of ALL of you. I can't thank my friend enough for my forever Dentist.

Dr. Marzban is the most experienced, talented, and accommodating professional in the DMV for all matters dental related. I just recently moved to Washington, DC from Ohio where I have been with the same dentist for over 20 years. After a few regular cleanings, I found myself with a chipped tooth that needed immediate attention if it was to be saved. Pam and her team made sure I was able to be seen the day of the incident, made the procedure painless, and were extremely transparent and informative regarding the endodontic process and my options moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Marzban to anyone in the Greater Washington area and guarantee that you will leave every visit with a happier, brighter smile!

In the over 15 years that I've been coming to her office, I have always been treated kindly, professionally, and have had every issue taken care of completely. Dr Marzban has been my dentist for 15 years, that alone says a lot about her and the ladies that work with her. My whole family goes there , including my parents. People always look for good reviews but this is more than a review. This is a thank you to her and her office for taking care of my oral health and my family. Thanks to her knowledge and experience my teeth feel healthy and look healthy. My bite is comfortable and I feel confident when I smile . She takes care of my kids helping us with their oral and proper development and growth. They check everything, teeth, gums, breathing , bite , oral cancer.
