Called on Monday morning someone picked up the phone explaining it was Pamela Brady office, I told them I was looking for a consultation and they just hung up the phone without explaining. Emailed them for an appointment for wisdom teeth extractions and was emailed back that she wasn't taking any new patients and she didn't do wisdom teeth extractions. Overall the experience with them was not pleasant.

The ENTIRE staff made me feel comfortable since my first appointment! They are very caring and extremely patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for a qualified and professional dental team. Their customer service always goes above and beyond.

Dr. Brady is caring and concerned about my dental health. She explains why I need to have a procedure, and what the options are. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

A truly educated and practiced professional who keeps up with the latest techniques and technology. She is upbeat, always, cheerful, and careful. In my childhood, I experienced grouchy and incompetent dentists who left you dreading any calls. Not so with Dr. Pam who makes a procedure as close to painless as it can get. No stress, no worries, and the VERY BEST CARE! She has earned my absolute loyalty and trust. Thank you so very much, Dr. Brady!

A very pleasant and professional experience. Everyone in the office was very friendly and almost no waiting time to be seen. The dental procedure I was seen for was performed in an excellent manner and without incident. I would recommend Dr. Brady and her staff to any one in need of dental care.

Everybody is very nice and friendly in this place. Dr. Brady is not money-minded. Once, she didn't charge anything for a service which was done because of my mistaken description. There is a positive atmosphere there. The lady at the front desk, Kristy, is also very capable and helpful.

I've been going to Pam's for 5+ years and they've always been nice. They've always treated me with respect and as if I was apart of their own family. The work they do is amazing. I'm always satisfied with my care! I would 10/10 recommend this place to my friends and family (which I have). Thank you.
