Dr. Butterfield was a clinical instructor at the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry. She has been in private, family dental practice since 1984. She has participated in several study clubs including the Pacific Northwest Study Club and the Comprehensive Dental Study Group.
Dr. Butterfield is predictable and prefers long term relationships. This defines her approach to dentistry, her patients, staff and family. I have been in the dental field since 1987. Before completing my dental hygiene degree in 2000, I was a dental assistant for ten years. My dental experience includes general dentistry and periodontics.
I came to Dr. Butterfields office as a temporary dental hygienist to fill in for a couple of days. I was not really looking for employment. After working with Dr. Butterfield and her team, I knew that this office would be a great fit for me. I am drawn by her thoroughness and quality dentistry. I appreciate Dr. Butterfields eagerness to provide her patients with the information they need to make well-informed decisions about their oral health. Most of all I am impressed with the care and respect that Dr. Butterfield gives to each patient.
Education is one of the most important roles of a dental hygienist. It is very important to me that my patients never feel they have been lectured or nagged. Rather, patients should be well informed about the condition of their oral health, how it can affect their overall physical health, and how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Dental visits should be a comfortable and positive experience. I work hard to achieve this with my gentle and caring approach.
I have lived in Washington State my whole life. After spending a year at the University of Iowa, and a bit of encouragement from my aunt and uncle, I came back home to the Pacific Northwest to pursue a career as a dental hygienist.
Currently I reside at home with my parents and fur baby (dog) Juju Bean. If you ask me she is a full bred cutie pie; code word for mutt. I look forward to brightening up your teeth and your entire day!
I have been a dental assistant since 2015. As a newer member of the team I have truly loved and appreciated the tender care we offer to our patients. I am passionate about being a patient advocate, to calm fears and answer any questions. One thing I enjoy most about dentistry is the relationships I gain with every patient.
I have found a home here with Dr. Butterfield and her team. I can say without a doubt, Dr. Butterfield is the kindest and most compassionate dentist I've ever worked with. She really takes the time to thoroughly educate not only her staff but her patients as well. I am here to help you with your financial needs, understanding your dental benefits and providing you with a treatment plan that will help you achieve your dental health goals.
I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Butterfield and her wonderful team. Dr. Butterfield's dental care is top-notch. She cares about her patients and their overall dental health. She takes the time to educate her patients and it shows in the numbers of long time patients as well as our new patients who continue to return. I feel very fortunate to work in a positive, upbeat and family oriented practice.

The Team at Dr Pam's office makes sure from Sherry and Team up front to Dr Pam and Team in the back that all goes as scheduled. Today was my cleaning and Caitlyn always makes the visit comforting with chat about what's going on and what I have been doing since last visit. She is always professional and making sure of my comfort while working on my teeth. Highly recommend this office and Team of professionals.

I have lived in Washington for about a year and needed to see a dentist. I did what any normal person would do and Googled "dentists near me" and found Pam Butterfield. This is a wonderful place with caring, professional, intelligent and fun people. I am so happy I found this dentist!

This is what superb patient care looks like in a dental practice. It is not only clear that they care about patient welfare, they also care about each other and it shows. Humor, time (no rushed procedures here), professionalism, and state of the art equipment are just some of the obvious things you'll note on your very first visit. My better half told me to try these guys and I am so glad she did (I have a history of anxiety related to dental 'care' in far-flung places).

I've been coming here for a while and have always received great service and care. I have been traveling and currently live 2 hours away, it is absolutely still worth the drive. If you're looking for a first dentist or new dentist, come here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pam Butterfield for years. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Butterfield and her staff have the best customer service. I strongly recommend that if you need a dentist. Dr. Butterfield is the office to go to.

AMAZING , the staff is so friendly and helpful . First went in they took temperature and gave you hand sanitizer, then when I went back the dental assistant was very friendly, easy to talk to and listened to me . When they weren't bale to help with what I needed done they took time and found me places and resources that could help ! Overall just amazing people !

Always a great experience in this office from the front desk, to the hygienist, and Dr. Butterfield. Even if I need to be drilled on . They make sure you are as comfortable as possible!
