The office staff is not very nice. Their customer service lacks. The actual staff that deal hand in hand with the patients are amazing. I was perturbed by the office lady, I showed up to the location where we went to in May was not the same location as today's appointment. When I had called to make the "emergency appointment" (4 days after the fact), nothing was mentioned about a location change and I don't remember getting anything in the mail. So on top of being late, because of my incorrect timing, we were another 5 minutes late due to the change.

Excellent dental care. Jess the hygienist was very polite and thorough and explained what she was doing. The front office ladies, Leola and Angie greeted me with a smile. A very pleasant experience.

We had the most wonderful experience at Lavender Dental! My son had a bad experience with a previous dental practice and gets very anxious about going to the dentist. Missy went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and relaxed. We left and he said that he actually had a good time and that he loved everyone there! The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome! I would highly recommend Lavender Dental!
