Let me start by saying that the staff is great. Meghan is really sweet, thoughtful and I love her genuine customer service. I can't remember the woman's name that prepped me prior to seeing Dr. Amrit Singh but I'd like to say that she was very nice and gentle and she let me know everything she was going to do step by step. Dr. Amrit Singh is wonderful! I've been to several dentist through out my life and none have made me feel as comfortable as she has. Past dentist would always pass some type of judgment based on my oral health but not her! Not once did she shame me for my oral health (which is really bad right now) instead she talked to me about what we can do moving forward and I'm absolutely grateful for her kindness, knowledge and judge free practice. All around great staff, great atmosphere and great work.

Love this place! Folks here are friendly and welcoming. Dentists and hygienists have an unfortunate reputation of kind of belittling people as a form of "motivation" and that doesn't happen here. Yes, they tell you what needs fixing and what's needed, but they also point out what you're doing right; they see the person in the chair. No so funny story: My husband and I had a temporary insurance change and during that time, we had to go to a different dentist for a year. That place had no idea how insurance worked and ended up making an error on our account, then left us worrying about whether their mistake would impact our credit. That won't happen here. They are very on top of that, and always available for questions or clarifications. So, as soon as our insurance changes, we rushed back here!

Love the facility and the staff. Front desk is always nice and patient. Meghan answered all my questions, and get back to my emails promptly. The oral hygienist, Dr. Singh and the assistants are very good to me and the kids. Our whole family has been seeing them for over a year, since the day we moved to Bay Area from Texas.

At Palo Alto Dental Wellness they treat you like family. I have been coming here for over 10 years. One thing I really like is that I never have to wait to be seen when I arrive. They are always on time with their scheduled patients.

Dr. Singh and her entire staff are some of the kindest healthcare workers I've ever interacted with! I'm so glad I found this dental practice as I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist now that I've gone to Dr. Singh!

Love Dr. Singh and her staff- been her patient for over 2 years. She is so patient and works great with my 2-year-old boy as well. I was shocked she got her to polish his teeth without a fuss! All of her dental hygienists are skilled and thorough.
