My first experience with Palms Dentistry was a few years ago, as a patient. In my past, I had a few very uncomfortable visits to other dental offices, and I became absolutely terrified of the dentist. I was so terrified that I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years! But, I had a broken tooth and I was in a lot of pain, so I faced my fears and decided to try Palms Dentistry.
As much as you can enjoy going to the dentist, I enjoy going to Palms Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly, the facility is very nice, and the dentists I have met never seem rushed to get you in and out.

Great Dentistry and wonderful staff! Doctor Dillon is a gentle, kind and smart dentist and she takes special care to be careful. She likes to sing and hum to the songs on the radio and she sounds great! she's so good I've found myself slowly falling asleep in her chair while she works! DocDillon!

Wanna shout out to Dr Brad & Kala! Wow what service! Very personal and made me laugh! Had two procedures done today and I couldn't have felt more comfortable! Best part is we talked about how the HOLIDAY SUB OR ANY SUB FROM PUBLIX IS THE BOMB!! Ty for a pleasurable experience! Look forward to seeing you again at my follow up visits for what ever i need! Great job!!

I called and was told making an appointment was not necessary. I asked to make one anyways and was told they take all emergency patients until 4. I let them know I did not live close again I was told it was fine. I drive the 45 mins to get there to have My daughter seen and make it well before 4 and they tell me without an appointment I can't be seen. Receptionist was very pleasant. But do not listen to them when they tell you walkins are accepted. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

I already planned on not coming back to this dentist. I bought the vip plan last March which includes X-rays & 2 cleanings, come into for second cleaning & said the plan had already ended. Which my last appointment i made sure i planned this cleaning before the time was up! Whoever set the appointment last clearly lied & purposely set up appointment later. If you want them to take your money, go here!

Very clean and professional. Everyone was so nice. I did not have to wait. I had a cleaning and it was fast. Honestly, I recommend. You even get a goody bag, I loved it!

Awesome experience. Best dentist office I've been to by far. Very welcoming, clean, and had great equipment. I had a root canal performed. During and after the procedure I was amazed that I had absolutely zero pain or discomfort.

As someone with pretty significant dental anxiety since I was a teenager (I'm in my late 30's), Dr. Dillon and her staff are absolutely amazing. When they say no judgement, they really mean it. Their work is wonderful. They explain everything as they go and answer all my questions along the way. They accommodate my little quirks. Kalea is such a delightful person and so good at her job. The practice is lucky to have her as an assistant. The staff is supportive and respectful of each other. It's nice to hear the doctor compliment the hygienists and assistants. Also, Dr. Dillon has small fingers, which makes the dental work less uncomfortable. It really does make a difference. I'm really happy I found this practice.

If there was an option for zero stars I would do it. I have never had a worse experience at a dentist office. I left feeling like my gums had been flossed using barb wire. I have very healthy teeth and have never had any problems at a dentist office. The entire appointment I was in pain from the flossing, brushing, and especially the scraping. I was questioning if the girl who was scraping my teeth had been trained to do her job it was so bad. All of my family members had the same exact experience. If you want to leave this place with any hope of having enamel, good luck. My teeth still tingle when I think about this place. Never going back.

Horrible experience, I was attempting to change dentists for myself and my family. When I called I got the office manager. She was rude, and didn't have time to answer my couple questions. All I wanted to know was what Insurance they accepted, if they worked on children, and how long the wait time is for appts. She said she had other things she needed to do. I realize we would be a small portion of your business but I deserved some respect. We will take our business elsewhere and tell anyone we know to do the same. Maybe a new office manager is needed. The lady I spoke to was Hunter, I'm not sure what her last name was. I think with someone like this representing your company, you are not going to be increasing sales!!! Still very upset about the way I was treated.

Moved here from out of town and was nervous to start up with a new dental office. I've been a patient for 2 1/2 years now and I love seeing Anna every time. She does a wonderful job and is extremely educational. Dr. Worner does a great job, as well. He is both friendly and professional. Extremely nice staff and always greeted with a smile.

This place is awesome! Such a fun atmosphere! Morgan had my insurance verified prior to my appointment. Taylor got me back before I could sit down and she was very thorough. I will definitely be back.
