My first experience with Palms Dentistry was a few years ago, as a patient. In my past, I had a few very uncomfortable visits to other dental offices, and I became absolutely terrified of the dentist. I was so terrified that I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years! But, I had a broken tooth and I was in a lot of pain, so I faced my fears and decided to try Palms Dentistry.
As much as you can enjoy going to the dentist, I enjoy going to Palms Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly, the facility is very nice, and the dentists I have met never seem rushed to get you in and out.

I have had a great experience each time I had an appointment, and he staff is always very nice and during any treatment they make sure you are comfortable and that you are getting the best treatment. I love how someone is always humming or singing to the music makes it feel like they're really loving doing what they do.

Was having trouble with a tooth and also needed a good cleaning. Being new to the area, we weren't sure where to turn to. They were able to see me within a week for the cleaning. From the start, Hunter and the entire staff there made me feel welcomed and at ease. The entire process, including the pulling of a wisdom tooth, was painless. To my relief, everything was throughly explained. I would HIGHLY recommend Palms Dentistry to anyone!

Above all, they have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth and are genuinely passionate about my healthcare, without trying to upsell me on potentially unnecessary procedures. Went for annual checkup and was surprised by how much more was done than I've had experience before at other dentists. They did a comprehensive X-ray of all teeth, they also took pictures of the teeth, Talked about teeth and gum care. Overall great care!

Really welcoming, friendly, and competent vibes here. They didn't try to push products or services on me like Aspen Dental has in the past, and they didn't tell me I had cavities that weren't there like other dentists have before. They explained each step before and as they took them, and even educated me on a few things after I asked questions.

I had my first appointment yesterday with the Greenville location, and let me tell you it was nothing short of an amazing first time experience. I'm terrified of the dentist due to past dental office experiences. I let the staff know this, and they went above and beyond for me. Erica, my dental hygienist, was SO very sweet. She has incredible bedside manner to her patients, and you can tell she truly cares about each and every one of them. She also gave me the best and most thorough cleaning on my teeth that I have ever had. I had to get a filling, and one of my teeth pulled and Dr. B and his dental assistant, Brandie, made me feel at ease through the whole process. They made sure I was comfortable, that I wasn't in any type of pain, and distracted me with humor and jokes. Every step of the way Brandie let me know what Dr. B was about to do, what sensation I would feel, and letting me know how well I was handling the whole situation due to my fear of dentistry. Their prices are also VERY competitive and not there to break your bank! I feel at ease knowing that I have found a dental office who truly cares about me as a person, and is helping me get back on track with my teeth! Y'all are a blessing thank you once again!
