The dentist y absolutely terrible. He's by far the worst that I've ever visited. I wouldn't even recommend this dentist to provide services for my dog. They overcharged my insurance double the original quote by the office manager which is FRAUD. Do NOT go there!!

The office staff is very hard to work with. Does not file insurance in a timely manner. Dental work did not last. Had to get another dentist to clean up their mess. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

This was my first time at this dentist office. As soon as I was called into the back, I was relaxed and looking forward to my cleaning. My hygienist is the bomb, she makes you comfortable, and Dr. James, has a wonderful bedside manner...

The visit this time was great. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I had not been there for 2 years because I didn't think the staff was very professional so I changed dentists. But an emergency took me back to them and I was delighted to see the staff changes and the attitude changes. I will be going back to them again as my preferred dentist.

They do not take insurance. People that are on a set income can just so much. I have dental insurance but that did not help with Palmetto Smile Center.

i've had Liz as my dental hygienist for about 3 years now & she's great! she's super friendly, never rough with my mouth/teeth, & she makes it a good experience. the whole clinic is very clean & nice.
