I mean, if you have to go through the ordeal of braces with your child, this is the place to do it. We frequently do our appointments at the Faris Rd location. And the main ortho there is EXCELLENT at what he does. Best bedside manner I've ever seen. He's just a genuinely friendly guy and really knows how to put a child at ease. It's so rare these days to go into an establishment and have the proprietors be friendly. So it's super refreshing that the receptionists and the doctors at Palmetto clearly enjoy their jobs. Two thumbs up!

I want to thank the staff at PFO!! Throughout my entire journey with braces, the staff has always been so nice!! They made things easy during the pandemic and despite my move to Florida, they've continued to work with me!! This has been an amazing experience!!! My braces were removed this week and nobody skipped a beat! All of my questions were answered and the results!!! OMG I am so very satisfied with them!!! Thank you PFO for being so amazing!!!

I absolutely LOVE this office. From day one we have always been greeted when we walk in the door. Even employees passing us will smile and greet you. From the financial part down to getting braces on and off, I feel like everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered. One child down, one more to go!

As an adult, I reached out to this practice for an Invisalign consultation. The doctor took his time with me and explained everything in great detail. Ally was great talking with me about all of my payment options and timeframe. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering Invisalign. It was a very nice and comfortable experience.

The folks at PFO are simply the best. They make you feel like family from day one and they are welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely happy people. I can't recommend this place enough. Dr. Caldwell is the best of the best!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. Caldwell went above and beyond assisting my daughter with a complicated dental issue. Dr. Watson is also wonderful and the staff is amazing. My daugther has chosen a medical career because of her experience with this fine folks!

Palmetto Family Orthodontics provides great dental care for kids. Staff is personable and I love the text message option for scheduling/rescheduling appointments. All dentists in the office are very engaged about their patients and treatment options, but I can't say enough about Dr. Caldwell - great listener and really goes above and beyond for the well-being of his patients and Mom's concerns.

There's not a better orthodontist or human than Dr Watson. My Mason is Autistic and can not wait to visit Dr Watson. The level of comfort and compassion he shows Mason is simply how God intended us to treat everyone. Best practice ever.

PFO is great. We enjoyed our visit to learn about braces for our two boys. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly. Our 10 and 11 year old boys felt very comfortable about getting braces after their appointment.

I cannot say enough good things about Palmetto Family Orthodontics. Dr Caldwell treated all three of my children as well as myself. A nice smile is extremely important to me, so I am admittedly picky and particular when it comes to my family's teeth. Dr. Caldwell is very knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. He genuinely listens and cares about his patients. His entire staff (assistants, financial, & administrative) is super helpful, kind, and friendly. My family is very pleased about our experience at PFO and are delighted with our results.
