Jordan Brunson, DDS, brings considerable experience in general, cosmetic, and family dentistry to Palmetto Family Dental, serving men, women, and families at three convenient locations in Palmetto, Zebulon, and McDonough, Georgia. Dr. Brunson was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He began his professional pursuits at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he obtained his undergraduate degree. He subsequently earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before entering private practice, Dr. Brunson served in the U.S. Army for three years. He was stationed at Fort Benning in Georgia and earned the rank of captain, as well as an Army Commendation Medal. Dr. Brunson relocated to Palmetto in 2011. Since then, hes completed continuing education courses in pathology, cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics. When he isnt studying or augmenting his professional skills, Dr. Brunson enjoys lecturing on dental topics. He regularly shares his knowledge and expertise with peers and dental students. Dr. Brunson proudly holds membership in the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. When he isnt developing treatment plans or meeting with patients, you can find Dr. Brunson spending time with his wife Lisa and their two daughters, Josephine and Sadie. Kirsten Jordan, DMD, proudly provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry care at Palmetto Family Dental, serving men, women, and families at three convenient locations in Palmetto, Zebulon, and McDonough, Georgia. Dr. Jordan began her professional education at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology. She subsequently earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta in 2017. During her time at the Dental College of Georgia, Dr. Jordan participated in a variety of volunteer activities, including the Equality Clinic and Operation Smile. She also received the Emile T. Fisher Foundation Scholarship and a student achievement award in endodontics. Dr. Jordan proudly holds membership in the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and American Student Dental Association. As a firm believer in lifelong learning, she regularly participates in continuing education. Shes completed courses on a range of topics, including orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and prosthodontics. When Dr. Jordan isnt meeting with patients or developing treatment plans, you can find her spending time with her husband Robbie and their dog Maple. She also enjoys cooking and traveling. Dr. Samantha J. Cook, DMD grew up in Columbus, GA. After graduating from Harris County High School, she attended Columbus State University for three years an undergraduate. She was accepted in the Dental College of Georgia which she completed her doctorate degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Cook returned to Columbus, GA to serve her hometown. Her interests includes comprehensive care, cosmetic dentistry, and pain free dentistry. In 2018, Dr. Cook traveled to Haiti on a mission trip to provide dental care to the residents of Hinche and surrounding areas. When Dr. Cook isnt fixing smiles or expanding her knowledge of dental techniques, she is spending time with family, or playing tug or war with her puppy Gamora. She loves live music and discovering new pinterest recipes. Dr. Cook is the 2018 Columbus Technical College Alumni of the year. She is a member of the Georgia Dental Association and American Dental Association.

The staff at Palmetto Dental is awesome I I'm treated as though I'm a real family member the care begins with the receptionist professional and kind. The dental Tech great and of course the dentist. Doctor Cook is an amazing woman the care and time she takes with me as her patient letting me know exactly what is needed. I was given all the information that I need time . there was no rush and it was my decision I have never been pushed to have anything done at this facility like I said they treat me as though I am family. Explaines in detail what needs to be done.and how we can achieve it with my best health at heart.

My husband and I were very pleased with our very first visit to Palmetto Family Dental. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Cook and her assistant were very personable, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. We felt at home at Palmetto Family Dental and look forward to a very long relationship with our new dental family.

I came as a new patient and everyone was nice and welcoming, however, I had notified the office 3 days prior to my visit for cleaning asking if the dentist could put my crown back at same appointment. My crown happened to come off on Monday of this week. I was told they could fix this at the time of my cleaning. Well, I got my teeth cleaned and when dentist came in, I was told I would have to come back another day for my crown to be placed back on because all of her assistants had left for the day. This is frustrating as I had already taken off work for this appointment thinking all would be handled as they said it would, only to have to make another appointment and take off work! I came from a small dental practice of a one office dentist and this was my reservation of transferring to a multi office practice, but was willing to give them a try from family recommendations and being in my home town.

Awesome, greeted by my name by the receptionist and a smile. Waited less than 5 minutes before I was seen. Sat in the chair, the assistant made me feel comfortable got me ready for the Dr. Cook, had a pleasant conversation with the doctor. Then she got to work, she explain what she was going to do, what was about to happen and what to expect. The whole experience, Loved it, thanks for checking up on me Doc appreciate it!!!
