Do NOT go here are if you do your research please. I had 27 teeth pulled and then my life and my family's life was torn upside down. When they were cutting my teeth outthey did major nerve damage. I tried going back to them twice with my concerns and was treated so poorly. They didn't care what they did and they didn't even offer to refer me to someone that knew what was going on. Long story short It was a he'll of a year and a half to find the right doctors and the right people that was willing to help me and my family . I had to have major brain surgery to repair the nerve damage they did to me. It was he'll for almost 3 years . I have somewhat of my life back and I still have pain at times but not as bad as it was. So please do your research on any dental surgery . I do not want anyone to face the pain I did are be treated like I was by this place. God bless.

Husband's appointment was at 12 didn't go back until 140. Ridiculous!

Really bad dentures. Excessively thick plastic with teeth out under the nose. Hard to eat and talk. Adjustment after adjustment and dentures aren't really usable. Really bad craftmanship.

I didn't have a good experience with the doctors. I had to be numbed twice and no-one was patient enough to let medicine kick in. When I let the doctor know that it wasn't ready he told me to leave and come back another day and left out the room and I was told by one his assistant that it was my anxiety which I didn't have. The doctor also squirted a ton of medicine out of the needle which got all over me and he didn't say a word. I wouldn't recommend.

So glad I went here for my partial. Dr. Fields is the nicest dentist I have ever encountered. He listened to my dispairs from a previous dental place that gave me bubba teeth that broke twice in one year! Palmetto made me a new set. I've had nothing but compliments of how natural they look from those who are aware of them. They fit perfect also. I highly recommend them.

I was extremely nervous about the prospect of having 18 teeth removed and getting same day dentures. I would like to thank Angie for just talking to me and calming me down all day and thanks to Dr. Gregory and his assistants for making me as comfortable as possible during the procedure. I highly recommend these folks as they did an amazing job!!!

Melinda and Dr. McNut we're fantastic.... No pain... Fast.... Easy... The best dental place in Spartanburg... A big Thank you to Melinda... She was so much help and so knolagable about how to deal with the pain until I could be seen... Thank you Melinda and Dr. Nut no more pain for me....

I made an appointment for my son's partial repaired and when we arrived I was informed that they did not see patients under the age of 15. This was not stated when I made the appointment and it's not listed on their website. If you're looking for an office that will inconvenience you, this is the office for you.

I had a retainer that got eaten by my dog and it had two teeth on them. I was very upset and set an appointment with palmetto. Everyone there was so nice and caring and made me feel Alot better. I got great service and got my partial replacement that day. Thank you so much for the wonderful staff there. They are awesome

Went in to have two teeth taken out while I'm currently pregnant in my second trimester dr.Davis took care of me like I was his own child. I had a issue or questions I gave him a call and he got me in the next day very early. I like that about him he fixed the issue and got my mouth feeling better in no time. Thank you dr. Davis !!!!

They're very busy office. They set up a time early in the morning, you get teeth pulled (if needed), get your impressions done and come back later in the day and get your dentures.

The whole staff was amazing. I was scared and they helped make me feel better about the whole experience. The dentist I had was very kind and made me feel at ease. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you guys for my beautiful smile!

This wasn't a very pleasant experience today!! The ladies at the front desk were very polite..but when I got back to the room everything was rushed nothing looked clean...after I was pre-numbed and the doc had started to pull on a tooth and in was in PAIN...I let him know and 1 he didn't bother to stop he kept on pulling I started to kick my foot and he finally stopped and says well I put the normal amount of numbing shots in your mouth but whatever ok I'll give u another shot and he did then pulled the 2 teeth never said another word just turned and walked away as soon as he pulled them out....I do not recommend that doctor at all very rude and hateful!

I waited an hour and a half to be called back for my 11 appointment which I was not happy about but when I finally got back there everyone was very kind and professional.

I came here because everyone recommended it. Whatever you do DO NOT GO 30 MINUTES BEFORE LUNCH TIME OR 30 MINUTES AFTER LUNCH. You will not get any service. I was having an impression and the woman making my impression stoped and said she was going to lunch. I had to wait for some one to take over. I had to go to the pharmacist 3 times before the lady called in my prescription because she had to go to lunch and when she got back she had to get herself together before servicing me.

I had an absolutely Amazing experience here. I was extremely nervous about going, I was terrified to even walk in the door, but let me tell you from my first contact... I was made to feel apart of the family there, they are so professional, they truly care about their patients. I absolutely loved Maddie!! She's great!! I ended up having 24 teeth extracted, Dr. Davis did an awesome job of making sure that I felt absolutely NO PAIN, I also did the same day service with getting dentures and I honestly couldn't be happier with this transformation in my life, of course I cried like a baby because Palmetto Denture Care gave me my life back and never judged me from the time I walked in till the moment I left. I will forever be grateful to this group of people. I've also seen some reviews about having long wait times, but for me, I was there from 930am minus an hour and a half for lunch till they closed @ 430pm but that didn't matter to me, cause I would do it again!! If you want a life changing experience, this is the place to go!
