Dr. Fullenkamp is an Indiana native, having grown up in the small town of Trafalgar. At a young age, she told her parents that she was going to be a dentist and she never changed her mind! At first, her interest in dentistry seemed random, but after undergoing orthodontic treatment in middle school, she became more and more interested in dentistry as a career.
She spent a wonderful four years making lifelong friends at Indiana University in Bloomington. Dr. Fullenkamp studied abroad in the Dominican Republic between her sophomore and junior years of college, and this experience sparked her interest in Hispanic culture and the Spanish language! Now fluent in Spanish, Dr. Fullenkamp likes to keep her skills fresh by traveling to different Spanish-speaking countries.
She also loves to spend time at home with her husband, Forrest, and her two Aussiedoodles, Murphy and Maui. In her free time, she loves to go hiking with the dogs, work out at the gym, and play soccer. She even likes to model when she gets the chance. Dr. Fullenkamp is new to the Columbia area and can't wait to make friends and explore her new home!

Everyone was so professional and friendly! They made me feel comfortable and important as soon as I walked in the door. The hygienist was excellent and gave me some very good information on teeth and gum care. I feel Blessed to have such an awesome dentist office!

Good treatment! Akways love Dr. J.! Staff very pleasant . 8/10/21 Always love Dr. J.! STAFF OK, JUST MISS HOMINESS OF OLD STAFF. NEW PEOPLE PLEASANT ENOUGH. 8/31/22. Always love my Dr J! Long process today but could not be helped. Teeth cleaning,x-rays scanning! Staff very nice. Tried hard to accommodate me.

I have been a patient at Palmetto Dental Health since 1999. Yesterday, I showed up unannounced hoping to be seen (had a tooth issue flare up). Dr. J and his staff worked me in and I am so appreciative! I only waited about 15 min so that was great considering I was a walk-in. Thanks to all of the staff for always being so friendly, professional, and welcoming!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff from the front desk all the way to my cleaning with Denise and my exam with Dr. Julie. I have lots of anxiety about visiting the dentist and the staff really helped put me at ease. They made sure to check that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!
