Dr. Shull is a native of Lexington, South Carolina and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Health Richland.
Dr. Shull is both a past president of the Greater Columbia Dental Association and the SC Academy of General Dentistry. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and is a faculty member at Palmetto Health Richland Department of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Dr. Shull is also on the teaching faculty at the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida where he teaches dentists from all around the world about aesthetic dentistry. He has been published in many dental journals and recently contributed to a textbook on comprehensive dentistry. Dr. Shull lectures throughout the U.S. on aesthetics, dental materials and photography.
A native of Hartsville, SC, Dr. Thomas has had a passion for dentistry since she set her mind on it in the third grade. After many years of hard work achieving her dream, Dr. Thomas has practiced cosmetic dentistry in Lexington for over 10 years. She received her Bachelors of Science from Clemson University and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from MUSC in Charleston.She furthered her training in St. Petersburg, FL by completing a one-year residency program where she gained invaluable experience with cosmetic and implant dentistry, as well as complex full-mouth dental care.
Dr. Thomas greatly values the importance of continually learning the best and most modern dental techniques and also writes articles for major dental publications and travels nationally teaching on facial aesthetics, digital dentistry and dental photography.She has had the privilege to complete an intensive one-year implant training course, Implant Educators, and continues to pursue many hours of post-graduate dental education at the highly respected Kois Center, Dawson Academy, Spear Institute, and L.D. Pankey Institute. She has achieved her Fellowship award in the Academy of General Dentistry as well as the International College of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Thomas is a faculty member for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics with whom she teaches monthly across the United States.
Over the years, Dr. Thomas has traveled to Trinidad, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Kenya on dental mission trips. She also enjoys singing at Mt. Horeb church, health and fitness, water sports, and spending time with her family and three sons.
