We strive to educate our patient's about their dental needs and come up with a plan together. We have been serving the Shreveport community for 35 years. We accept most insurance plans and have extended hours to accommodate our patient's schedules. We constantly attend continuing education courses and keep up with the latest technology, like digital impressions and same day crowns, to better serve our patients.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept many insurance plans including most major PPO's. To find out if we accept your plan, please call our office.

Dr. O'Brien hands down! I was a nervous wreck today and tried not to show it. I was expecting pain the entire time but it never came and i exhaled when he was all done.. Everything from his professionalism, the numbing process, and the work was great. I will never go anywhere else and would most definitely recommend his services.

The entire staff from the front desk to the dental hygienists to the dentists are very pleasant and they are consummate professionals. They take a personal interest in their patients and make sure that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Dr. O'Brian was fantastic and so was his hygienist Victoria. She was patient, kind, informative, and diligent. I highly recommend this dentist. Frankly, I was impressed with his entire staff. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist's office as I had here. I would recommend this office to anybody who needs dental treatment.

I always have a great visit, part of that is ensuring my attitude is good. But on the staff's side, they've always had the same, helpful, caring way of treating me, and making sure they put the patient at ease. I love 'em! They're good peeps!

Was not happy with the service. I asked about getting my teeth remove I was told making a flipper would cost me more out my pocket. So I am assuming the dentist thought I couldn't pay for it. And the sad part I was not showed any brochure or anything pretending my opinions. I was scheduled to see another dentist in the office later that day. I don't play the race card but that kind of made me feel kind of funny. I was not explained nothing about my teeth what the dentist saw or anything too me he was in a extremely rush So I won't be going back and I would not recommend them to no one. This is my experience which has nothing to do with someone else. I will try another dentist.

Nice environment. Alot of POCs (customers) black, Hispanic, Indian, etc come here! LOVE IT. So diverse, which is welcoming. 1 strange thing to me is only ( whites ) work there.

THIS DENTAL PRACTICE TOOK ME IN ON A LAST MINUTE NOTICE. HAD A ROOT CANAL AND FILLING DONE BY DR PALMER. I'M VERY HAPPY TO SAY PROCEDURE WAS PAINLESS. THIS PRACTICE MET MY EXPECTATIONS. WOULD LOVE TO GIVE MORE THAN A FIVE STAR!
