Krista is the office manager and front desk receptionist. She can handle all of your consulting, scheduling, accounts/payable and insurance concerns. She received her associates degree in 2004 as a paralegal but has since been certified for expanded dental duties, taking X-rays and coronal polishing. Krista began work in the dental field in 2000 but has worked at Palmer Dentistry since 2009.
Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jarod, daughter, Jenna, son William, and border collies Kemba and Jaycee. Her interests include outdoor activities, exercising and attending sporting events.
Education- Stephany graduated from Lincoln College of Technology for Dental Assisting and began working in the field in November 2011. Stephany is CPR, OSHA & HIPAA trained, certified in Coronal Polishing and licensed to take X-Rays.
Outside of the office- Stephany is from Dry Ridge. Stephany is married to Chris and have 4 children, Alyssa, Jakoby, Camdyn and Skylar. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, watching movies and football!
Madison has been part of the Palmer Dentistry team since July 2021. She is from Fairfield OH and moved to Northern Kentucky in the spring of 2021. Madison graduated from Butler Tech with her dental assistant certification in 2016.
Beth is our hygienist on Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays. She graduated from UC in 1988 with an associates degree in applied science for dental hygiene. Beth is also certified for radiology and has received extensive training in periodontal therapy. She began work with Dr. Palmer in Florence in 1995 and began work at Palmer Dentistry in May of 2013.
Nick is a Registered Dental Hygienist. He has been with us since March 2015. Nicks hours are Monday through Thursday. He graduated with an associates degree in applied science for dental hygiene, and he is certified for radiology and local anesthesia.
Kyle graduated from the No. 1-ranked U.S. dental laboratory program in 1988. From there, he had his first interaction with Dr. Palmer at the dental laboratory where he worked. They quickly developed a rapport as they collaborated on cases early in their careers.
In 1990, Kyle moved to Milwaukee, Wis., to work with a world renowned prosthodontist and ceramist team while maintaining his relationship with Dr. Palmer. When the practice moved to Newport Beach, Calif., in 1992, Kyle moved back to Greater Cincinnati to serve the Tristate. Kyle continues his dedication to his craft as he studies with the most talented artisans and technologists from all over the world.

Absolutely like Dr Palmer and the staff there, they are top notch. They take the time to explain what they're doing or what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

My husband and I had our first dental hygiene appointment and were very pleased with the entire experience. Both hygienists, Beth and Nick were very thorough and accommodating. Dr. Palmer provided answers to all my questions and gave me options for my future dental work. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism of their entire staff!

They do great work here. I got a veneer done by this group before my wedding and they did a fantastic job! 3 years later and it's in great condition. Love coming here. Great customer service.

My first visit with Dr. Palmer I was a wreck, my then Dr was directing down a road I did not want to travel. I called Dr Palmer's office due to all the positive reviews I had read on Google they got me in very quickly. I explained my concerns with the Dr and staff fortunately for me he has the knowledge to think outside out of the Box.

I have 100% trust in this dentist! The quality of his work and the care he takes in making sure his patients are comfortable is amazing. The same goes for his assistants. They have such a pleasant work environment and it's very evident that they love what they do. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I do not like coming to get teeth worked on but at least I love my dentist. He is always caring, professional and does a good job keeping my teeth in good shape. Dr Palmer and the staff are amazing at what they do! I've been coming here for 3-4 years and would not want to go anywhere else!!

Incredible staff! I have been updated around the clock with the dental procedures that have been put into place for me at Palmer Dentistry and have walked out of the office each time feeling full of confidence. Each hygienist that I have encountered has done a proficient job at assisting Dr. Palmer, who is very personable. The front desk receptionist's always have a smile on their face to greet you and give you reassurance that your scheduling and billing are handled accordingly at your convenience. You will not leave this office feeling like a number, you will leave with the feeling that you are building a relationship with the staff. Can't wait to see the end result of Dr. Palmer and his staff's efforts!

I have known Dr Palmer and his staff for a long time, but now I am officially a patient. I went in for what I thought might be a complex problem...turned out to be simple and painless. In fact, Dr. Palmer completely resolved my pain with a simple adjustment to my bite. I also saw Nick and had a much appreciated PAINLESS cleaning.
