Dr. Krause received her dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1985. She had attended the University of Kansas for undergraduate work, earning a B.S. in education in 1974. She later attended the University of Missouri in Kansas City in the Pharmacy program. She completed a Hospital-based, General Practice Residency at Strong Memorial Hospital with the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, completing the program in 1988. She is in practice part-time at our practice and is an associate professor at the University of New England Dental Hygiene Program. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Maine Dental Association as well as the local Greater Portland Dental Society.
In addition to private practice, he has taught at the Westbrook College dental hygiene program. Dr. Palmer continues to stay abreast of the rapid changes in dentistry currently by attending continuing education sessions throughout the year, averaging 75-100 hours of lectures per year. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maine Dental Association, the Greater Portland Dental Society and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry
Jeff joined our team in September of 2017, he previously worked for a PPO Network for 14 years.Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, reading and watching his favorite NFL team, the Atlanta Falcons.
Sherry joined Palmer & Krause DDS in 1990. She received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Minnesota in 1989. She worked for 3 years in Minnesota and then 7 years in Switzerland before returning to the US, returning to her home state of Maine. She lives with her husband Rob and daughter Robyn in Portland. They have 2 cats and a dog. Sherry enjoys traveling, reading, dog walks, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
