My dental insurance was not in effect, being new in the area and overdue by 2 months of routine cleaning I decided on Dr. Palmer's office based on the high reviews as well as Linda's open and friendly communication. I did call other facilities but either they weren't willing to take current xrays from my prior dentist, or insisted on a full exam 'without' a routine cleaning on appointment day, or just couldn't accommodate a new patient. Dr. Palmer worked with me, accepted prior xrays, examination, suggested options for future care and provided an ultrasonic teeth cleaning. I never had an ultrasonic cleaning I felt immediately the effective cleaniness over the 'scraping' technique. Last but not the least the price was comfortable and right. Thank you to other patron's past reviews guiding me and my family to Dr. Palmer.

I am very impressed with Dr. Palmer. He is very intelligent and well-trained. He was able to explain the reason behind some dental issues I had when other dentists just treated the symptoms and didn't help me understand the cause. He does his cleanings himself and that allows him a very thorough examination of a patients teeth. My cleaning with him was one of the best I've had. He is not overly conservative in his treatment plan recommendations (which might mean waiting too long and having more expensive work later), but he isn't going to con patients into getting work done that they don't need. His office isn't as fancy as some of the new flashy practices but that just means you are paying strictly for dental care, not for a massage chair, hi-def TV, billboards all over town, etc like so many other dental practices in the metroplex.

Dr. Palmer works magic from a modest office in Hurst, Texas. I've gone to several fancier offices while a patient of Dr. Palmer over the years but always stay with him. The reason I stay with him is not his office or prices (which are very affordable as I pay cash) but because he is the best. He is the hole in the wall restaurant with the best food, best prices, best service, best ambience that doesn't advertise that only a few select people know about. I've gone over 10 years and have had zero cavities. Forget fancy offices or gimmicky billboards. Get your teeth cleaned and examined by a pro not some minimum wage staffer freshly minted from dental hygienist school. It is a rare thing to get more than you pay for. I guess I'm sharing my good thing but my praise is over due besides dentists scare me and now you have an experienced recommendation from a long time patient that this one is a keeper. Now if I cannot get an appointment I guess I'll have myself to blame but will have the satisfaction of knowing many will have excellent dental care and their healthy teeth all their lives. Seriously he is very good and I sincerely hope this review helps someone.

I am an over the road truck driver from Ohio. I had not been to a dentist in 20 years, since the army. Needles to say I got a cavity and broken tooth which has to be removed. They were able to get me in with less than 24 hours notice, and gave me a price without insurance up front. He was awesome. Very caring, and understanding of each situation. My nerves were calmed and it was a painless operation. I highly recommend and would return if I was in area.

Charles and Linda are amazing! They always make sure I am comfortable. Kind, knowledgeable, and very quick(not rushed). It's great to watch them work together, it's been so long I think they just read each others minds! I have been seeing them for just over ten years and I would refer anyone here.
