I wish I could leave another review but it only allows me to edit this one. But today I took my son for his sealants and again they impressed me. Staff at the front desk are so professional and friendly. Staff in the back professional and quick. Again if I could give 10 stars I would. If your looking for a kids dentist look no further this is the place to be. I had an amazing experience at the one here in Verrado. So welcoming the staff and dentist were very friendly and quick. This will be the kids dentist until they age out.

This is the only Dentist office my kids remind me about appointments. The staff has a good attitude, friendly, and great with my children. Plus I get to play arcade games while waiting, gotta show the kids their dad still has gaming skills.

Scheduling was a breeze, the friendly staff made my kids feel at ease immediately. The office is clean and the lobby has a lot of interactive things to entertain the kids while they wait. 10/10 will come again.

Everyone there is extremely nice. The Office is cute with lots of activities to keep the little ones distracted while you wait. My children have seen the dentist and orthodontist and both were great.

*UPDATED* *BEWARE* This will be our last time with Palm Valley. My teenager just got their braces off and their orthodontist said whoever they've had their cleanings with, haven't done a good job. The orthodontist did not feel comfortable putting a permanent retainer on with there teeth as bad as they were. Because I'm in a time crunch, I called the DDS office asking if I could get a quote just having a few bottom teeth cleaned. My returned call stated , "no, you'd have to pay the full amount of $46 to have the full mouth done." It's not so much the cost, more so the poor work, AND the lack of working with me to make things right. Stay away. They only care about one thing, and that's the bottom dollar, regardless of getting a poor review from an orthodontist. Stay away from this DDS. They charge more than what our active duty military insurance says they should, but we've stayed with them because of convenience of location. Then, after making appointments months in advance, they've canceled twice. Both times they've given short notice saying they turned those day's into, "surgery," day's. After going through this for several years and not having once met the DDS, I'm done with them. Believe me, they don't care about your kid, only about the bottom dollar. Save yourself from terrible dental care and drive a little farther. There's a new pediatric DDS in Berrado, we're giving them a try in the future since Palm Valley gives low standard services. Oh and the offer to make better? Yeah, that was just keeping an appointment. Nothing to do with DDS care.

*Update* Sadly, we had to switch just six months later because this practice no longer accepts BCBS insurance * * * We were very hesitant to switch pediatric dentists because we had been established for years at our previous one, but with the perfect location in Verrado, we took the leap. And wow! We're so glad we did! Coming out of the office, my 8-year-old exclaimed: "I liked this place even more than my last dentist!" I asked why and she gave quick, specific reasons and asked that I include them in our review :) So here you are: *The office is so colorful and fun *The x-rays were gentler on my teeth than usual *The flouride at the end tasted good and not bitter like usual * They had iPads for games in the lobby *There was a movie playing in the lobby *There's a separate play room with a train table and arcade game *They give prizes at the end and I got an adorable slap bracelet *The toothbrushes were SO cute and I got to pick my own *They gave me a certificate for being an "egg"cellent patient, and it's adorable! *The doctor and hygienist were so nice As a parent, we loved that we weren't surprised with x-ray costs at the end of the visit, as sometimes happened with our last dentist. We knew exactly what they were going to do before the appt. They were wonderful! We switched our other children over too! Thank you, Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry.

Best pediatric dentist office. Everyone is so nice. Dental cleanings are very gentle. My 3 year old son loves going to this dentist.

We did not have a good experience. I don't think they did quality work. Mt dtr had work done at around 3 to 3.5years old. Now that she is 5 her fillings have either cracked and crumbled or simply fallen out.I also think they did not remove one of the cavities deep enough because now she has a cavity underneath the filling. So she is getting everything repaired again. Called their office to speak to them about it and no one called back.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome as we walked in the office. It is very inviting atmosphere with a mesmerizing cylinder of bubbles you can get lost in while waiting to be called back. The receptionist was very kind and professional. The hygienist was had great advice for my youngest on how to best floss and very friendly. Loved the pink gloves!! We all loved the dentist!! She was kind and great with both girls!! Extremely thorough!!! Will definitely keep coming here and recommend to friends and family.

My daughter was hesitant at first but the staff here did an amazing job getting her calm. In addition to their staff, the setting is very welcoming!! I highly recommend Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry!!

Such an awesome place for little ones. The waiting room is so fun and has lots of cool things to keep them entertained while waiting. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Made my son feel comfortable and he had a fun experience
