I always have a great experience here, do not listen to the 1 star review from V, who was not able to arrive to their scheduled appointment on time. I receive a call a few days before confirming my time, and even a text 1 hour prior which is great! Life happens and we all know we get into things. I always arrive 20 minutes before my appointment, the entire team is great with time management and makes me feel like my time is just as valuable as theirs.

I cannot fully express just how highly I recommend Palm Valley Family Dentistry! Every single person I have interacted with has gone above and beyond to be kind and to make my experience a good one. My dental hygienist, Sarah, not only was incredibly kind, just like everyone else in the practice, she also was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and helpful in sharing useful tricks with me. Even when she didn't have an exact answer for me she was comfortable enough to tell me that it was a good question that I should bring up with Dr. Pucillo. That brings me to Dr. Pucillo, throughout my entire visit, she was very personable and took the time to talk with me and answer any remaining questions that I had. I also felt that she did a very thorough job looking at my teeth and is clearly very adept at the work she does!

Terrible!! Don't know why patients rate so high when they are totally inflexible and don't have enough dentists. My daughter was 15 min late today and they said they wouldn't take her and offered her an appt in February. The dentist is great but dealing with appointments 7 months out is crazy. If you know you are that busy, add dentists.

This place is amazing, I would recommend Dr. Yoder and his team. The front desk staff is so welcoming and everyone has great bedside manners. I'm so glad me and my family finally found a great dentistry who really cares and it definitely shows.

What can I say that hasn't been said yet? Dr Pucillo and Kim made me feel right at home today at my first appointment to a dentist since pre-COVID. I know people say they're terrified of the dentist but yeah, I am the World Champion as far as being afraid of the dentist. This is my dentist forever. Thank you, team! Can't wait for my next appointment in August. Team Dr Pucillo!!

Always amazing. I think I just may be the only person to admit they love going to the dentist - but it's true! I think it's because I appreciate the honesty with Dr. Yoder and Julia's amazing cleanings. Penny is always so accommodating with my schedule too - definitely cannot leave her out of this review. Check in was quick and efficient. Julia, my hygienist was thorough, explained everything she was doing in detail, and was very friendly. Dr Yoder did a thorough exam, was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Dr Yoder and his staff!

I just moved to the area and was referred to Dr. Yoder and his staff. My first appointment was extremely thorough. I never felt rushed. Julia did an AMAZING job with my cleaning. I am very happy and will definitely be back.

I have only become his patient recently. I found the staff easy to communicate with. They always call back my on my voicemails. The staff are very nice and efficient. I had a difficult problem and Dr Yoder has been great at setting a corse of action to solve the it. I have always not liked dentist. The big corporation dentist have been very disappointing and very expensive. I was looking for a small practice close by. A very good friend suggested I go there. I am so glad she did. I feel comfortable with this man and his staff.

Sarah the dentist hygienist was amazing! She was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Yoder was also kind and very informative. My overall experience was great. Highly recommended for everyone!!

Dr. Yoder and his team are caring, professional, thorough. A clean and modern office with friendly folks on staff. He's not a salesman and won't treatment plan things you don't need or want. His new associate, Dr. Marie, is also a phenomenal clinician. By far the best dentistry duo in the Nocatee / Palm Valley area! I won't go anywhere else for my general dentistry needs - you shouldn't either.

My crown, from another doctor, broke in half. Palm Valley got me in for a quick bonding so I wouldn't have any sensitivity for the weekend. Made an appointment for the following Monday and I was completely blown away by Dr. Yoder and his staff. The technology was simply amazing. I was in and out within an hour with a brand new crown. Highly recommend Palm Valley Family Dentistry for the entire family!

So glad I found this dental practice. The entire team from the dentist, hygienist, receptionist and office staff are professional, knowledgeable, warm and caring and make sure the patient is calm and pain free. I received the most thorough and comfortable cleaning and exam that I can ever recall, and the office is outfitted with high tech equipment. Their billing practices are above board, honest and fair. I give Dr Yoder and his staff my highest recommendation.

11/24/20 I was very impressed with the staff (Cassie, Bailey, Penny) and Dr. Yoder. I'm not a good dental patient but I was made very comfortable at their office today. Will I go back? Probably, after I get over my fear of pulling teeth!

This is a clean, state of the art, friendly knowledgeable dental office. The staff are professional and yet friendly. The hygienist, Sarah was so informative and thorough, that I left the office knowing more about my mouth then when I arrived. Lastly, Penny, with her knowledge, there is no guessing about out of pocket charges. She is straight forward and always helpful.

Just had my long awaited first appointment at Palm Valley Dentistry. Loved the technician/hygienist Sarah who did a VERY thorough job imaging and cleaning my teeth. She was also very considerate and pleasant. Dr. Yoder was very personable. Fortunately he didn't need to do any work on me. Appreciate the fact that they don't try to "upsell" you on unnecessary treatments or products. Bailey and McKenzie the receptionists were friendly, helpful and COVID-cautious. Great experience!

I have had a tooth pulled here by Dr. Yoder and it was painless and I had no swelling. I also just had my new patient exam - the whole team is very professional, the checkup was thorough, the cleaning with Sarah was awesome and the exam by Dr. Yoder was great - they explained everything! I highly recommend them.
