You know most people don't like to go to the dentist, but when the staff remembers your name and greets you with a smile, it makes the experience more positive. The hygienist was congenial and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. Always a good experience.

Office was very clean and welcoming. Staff is excellent, they make the appointment as prompt as possible and are accommodating to fit your schedule. Had a wonderful experience there.

I've had 3 appointments the last year that I have not been able to go to. Their call center who schedules their appointments, always schedules at the wrong location. They claimed they could "fit me in" after the next patient. While waiting in the waiting room, I could hear the dental hygienist complain about how it is a Monday and that she was going to take her time today and not rush to get the next patient in. Then she walked out and brought 2 patients in before me. I shouldn't have been told I'd be seen next if someone was going to change their mind. I will not be coming here, I haven't been able to get the dental care I need in over a year because of their scheduling process. I've been going to Cobbe dental since I was a child, the new company who took over is a big joke. I work in healthcare myself and their processes and customer service are so mediocre.

Started with Cobbe Dental, they have been the family dentist since my first tooth. Staff is always amazing. Very clean. Brook is the best. I can count on her for whatever I need.

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue for several months, but have not been able to speak with their billing team. According to my insurance provider, I paid for services that my insurance covered. This should have been reflected on my account, but instead I had to pay out of pocket, so I am owed a reimbursement. When I call and press the option for billing, it goes to voicemail. No one ever answers the phone or return calls. I have called various times throughout the day for the past several months. I also tried speaking with representatives in the office, but they do not handle billing questions and instead transfer me to the billing department, which of course never answers. Once I was told that the billing person was out of the office and would call me back the following Monday. Another time I was told that she was busy with another patient and would call me right back. Months later I have yet to receive a callback. I've never had to chase a refund from a dental provider. It is frustrating that I can not get in contact with someone who can resolve this issue. I just want my money back.

Best dentist ever with my 2 year old not once did she cry at all they were so calm an sweet to her they even let me come to the back while she got her teeth cleaned an X-ray ALL THE staff super friendly an the doctor didn't rush at all she took her time an showed me everything I needed to see definitely will continue to come here

It's unfortunate that their customer service skills lack causing this negative review because the dentist is actually really good. Scheduled an appointment in May for July. Confirmed appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early advising it would be a 30min to 1hr delay due to an emergency. No one called to advise us. After an hour of sitting, we ask when my son will be seen. They advise it would be potentially another hour. My time is valuable. They clearly do not care. Better customer service would be to call and let their customers know the time is pushed rather than forcing them to wait because of their problems.

Definitely The best experience I've ever had at a children dental office. All of the staff in the office are Very professional. Brook has always been an pleasure to interact with. I didn't catch your name but the dental assistant that was handling my kids cleaning Was absolutely amazing it was my daughter's first dental visit and it went as smooth as it could be for a two-year-old she didn't even cry... definitely won't be changing dental offices anytime soon. Thank you to everyone there for all that you do you are amazing in your own way

They take forever with the appointments! You have to wait for more than an hour on the waiting room! You feel that you are just a "number" for them! Horrible place.

If it wasn't for trying to get someone in billing to return my phone calls or answer the phone, it would be a 4-5 start review. I have been trying to get a reimbursement settled since April. I call and hit the option for billing and payment then voicemail. I call and hit the option to book an appt to hopefully get someone to help me, get transfered then to leave a voicemail. Call and try to get a manager, on hold for 32 min 3 times today and it disconnects right at 32 min. I can't seem to get anywhere with this, they messed up with the coding so I had to pay out of pocket at the initial appt, just to find out it was covered, insurance has already paid them their money over a month ago and now I can't seem to get my money back. I have left SEVERAL voicemails, not once call back. I was told 3 weeks ago that my acct would be handled and I would receive the monies via check in the mail within 2 weeks, well now I can't seem to get any response. I just want answers.

Kristen made my 4 year and myself very comfortable.She explained everything she was doing or that we could get done to his teeth.She went above and beyond to help us.Linda was just as amazing getting us scheduled and all set up for our appointments! Wonderful two staff members. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond!

The dental team is good but the scheduling processes are poor. Trying to schedule via the website or via the phone are not responded to in a timely manner.

This is by far the worst pediatric dentist office. I've been calling for the past 3 weeks to get my daughter's appointments scheduled. I've left multiple voicemails and no return phone call. The manager apparently doesn't care either because I've called her and left a voice mail too. I will be looking for a new dentist office for my girls.
