When I entered the office there were 5 people waiting to be seen. My appt. was at 6 pm and I waited 50 minutes to be seen. The dentist was not very personable and was not thorough enough. My bite was off. I let him know and he said you will get used to it. I did not feel cared for. My visit lasted a little over 5 minutes. I felt rushed. It still does not feel right. I will be going back tomorrow with my concerns. Will let you know how he proceeds.

Went here a couple years ago. Didn't have a great experience. Dentist didn't care if he was hurting me, not gentle or caring. Maybe it had something to with being a Covered CA patient. Now, have to get a filling that was done here redone.

I went there in June. They said they can't do root canals! Really? They gave me places to go super far away. Then they put in a request for a deep cnesning to my ins. It's now Oct and have not heard a word! Screw them!

Went here a couple years ago. Didn't have a great experience. Dentist didn't care if he was hurting me, not gentle or caring. Maybe it had something to with being a Covered CA patient. Now, have to get a filling that was done here redone.

The new staff is horrible. They do not answer calls and give no help we had to personally show up to the dental office just to make an appointment. My partner has been having severe tooth pain and they just told him "nothing is wrong with it" and sent him home, they were very rude and lazy. Really wish the old staff was still available.

I do not like there policy of giving you a quote then sending you to there sister office in Modesto and they give you another quote for the same work and it is double the price from the 1st quote...what the heck...

I love this dentist, but for some reason I went in to get fillings and one of my feelings on the left part of my mouth feels like it has been broken because it's very sensitive when I eat I understand the epidemic right now but if someone can please reach back to me thank you

I want to start this review by stating that the gals in the front office were very friendly as well as the assistant that helped in the back. She took my x rays and was super friendly. Talked to me about my kids and hers etc. I was satisfied with their service. However I was NOT satisfied with the care that the doctor gives. I came in for a new patient exam and x rays. He poked around on my teeth asked me if i had any concerns. I voiced them to him. Not once did he look at my x rays. He said she has good hygiene no calculus just a prophy. I'm sorry but a dental cleaning does NOT just consist of a prophy. The inside of my teeth start to feel a tad grainy over time and they did not use any instuments to remove it. Just a propy with paste. This was a very inadequate cleaning. No probing to check and see if i had deep pockets no scraping plaque off my teeth. I was told to return to a dentist that I hadn't seen in over 8 years to smooth out a tooth. I will be calling when they open tomorrow regarding billing out a cleaning.
