Dr. Jayroe is a 1997 graduate of the prestigious Northwestern School of Dentistry, Chicago, Illinois, having done his undergraduate work at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Jayroe opened his own practice, the Palm Beach Dental Spa, in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2001. His goal is to provide the finest general and cosmetic dentistry services available in a professional, compassionate and relaxing environment.
For the comfort and ease of his patients, Dr. Jayroe offers the option of sedation dentistry for patients who experience dental anxiety. Sedation dentistry allows patients to remain awake and responsive during treatment while staying calm and relaxed, and unable to feel pain. It is an effective solution for people who want to take care of a series of complex dental problems in just one visit.
Dr. Jayroe is committed to giving back to the community by providing dental services to area nursing facilities and local technical education centers. Instead of relying on metal brackets and wires to move teeth, ClearCorrect braces use a series of clear aligners to move teeth into place. The aligners are made of a clear and comfortable plastic that looks similar to a full retainer. By taking care of them and refraining from scratching their surface, aligners will remain clear and virtually invisible when worn. At Palm Beach Dental Spa, we can show you how to keep your aligners in perfect condition during the treatment process.
The aligners are created using an impression of your teeth and gums. Once received, the lab will create a series of aligners that start with the current position of your teeth and slowly move them until they are perfectly straight. A patient will wear each aligner for about four to six weeks. Afterward, the patient will replace the old aligner with the next one in the series. The aligners place pressure on specific teeth to gradually move the teeth for a more comfortable experience. By wearing all of the aligners in the series, your teeth will move from crooked to perfectly straight.
The aligners are given to you at the beginning of the procedure so that you do not have to visit our West Palm Beach dentist office every time that you need to switch them out. This allows you to spend less time in the dental chair than you would when wearing traditional metal braces.
Traditional metal braces are extremely effective for straightening teeth and treating misaligned jaws. While metal braces are more comfortable than they were in the past, they are still noticeable and unfavorable to many. With the wires, brackets, and rubber bands, traditional metal braces can negatively impact the way that a person looks and feels. Dr Jayroe's staff is and always has been courteous, professional and helpful. They let you know up front what's happening and what the expense if any you will be responsible for(which I really like) and you always see dr Jayroe even if you are just getting a cleaning. I always tell people how good and fair he is and if asked my opinion of his work he gets an A+ As long as hes doing dentistry he will have me as a patient.

Jayroe and his office always take the best care of my mom and I. You can depend on them to take wonderful care of your teeth and be honest with your health and the necessary precautions/actions that need be taken. We've depended on this practice for years since I was little due to the level of professionalism displayed and respect given. What some people may not understand about the lead dentist is that he has a personality. Upon discovering the 1-star reviews, it'll become prevalent that those reviewers must be quite the life at parties. If you're looking for a dependable practice that'll give you not just what you want, rather what you need, then you know the place to go.

Read the one-star reviews before setting an appointment. I've never witnessed such inappropriate and condescending behavior in a professional setting as I witnessed at this dental office. This dentist treats his staff terribly, treated me like I was ten years old, and was downright rude from start to finish. Not to mention he called me "sweetheart" and "young one" and "my girl". Absolutely disgusted with my experience here. He was very rude to his dental assistant so many times during my procedure; by the end, I was fuming. During the procedure I winced from the pain and he rubbed my head (?!) to comfort me. Rubbing my head and arm is inappropriate behavior and I was incredibly uncomfortable. I walked out after that appointment and never came back for another service. Then I decided to read the negative reviews, and I learned many patients also witnessed rude, impatient, sometimes aggressive behavior from Dr Jayroe. I was called by his office to confirm a follow up appointment and I told his receptionist that I would be seeing another dentist and getting the rest of my procedures done there. This dentist called me the next morning at 9:00am on the dot (I expected him to, and I was very nervous answering phone), and demanded an explanation for why I was getting the rest of my dental work from somewhere else. He acted concerned about the dental work I'd be receiving from them, but I don't believe he was concerned for me. I think he is a bully. I am writing this to warn other young ladies. Something felt really off about this dentist, and I would recommend avoiding this practice. His 5-star reviews are mostly bought with $20 credits to his practice. They had advertised this "promotion" at the desk.

If you have a dental phobia or are looking for a professional dentist who cares then this is the place. All of the staff is warm and welcoming and the office is spotless. They follow all COVID guidelines and help you with all paperwork and insurance. Dr. will spend as much time as needed with you to answer questions and show you everything on the x-rays. He is patient, comforting and concerned about making sure things are done to perfection. He uses top rated equipment and techniques and if you have a problem or concern he will see you as soon as possible to make it right.
