I've been here twice. In between my first and second appointments my insurance provider was dropped from network and I was not informed. I was told verbally I would be fully covered when I spoke in person at my appointment and then got a surprise bill in the mail. I'm disappointed at the lack of professionalism in how the office handled this; on the phone they were condescending and suggested I learn how insurance work and refused to discuss the charge. I won't be coming back.

Dr. Gole is very patient, very professional. Dentist's chair has always been like a nightmare for me but Dr. Gole proved it wrong. I am so glad i found her, she made all my treatments so comfortable that now I am not scared and worried to get rid of all my cavities . And also a big Thump's up for her staff Amy and Sarka, they are super helpful and patient. And a plus Dr. Gole speaks marathi language, sometimes its easy to explain your problems in your native language. A doctor who really cares.

Dr. Gole and the staff are an amazing team! After years of some pretty bad childhood experiences with the dentist, where I didn't get fully numbed while getting fillings (I had a LOT of cavities), this team was able to calm my nerves and make me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Gole & staff are professional and brilliant. Powerfully women driven! I even referred my stubborn parents! So grateful for Dr. gole and the staff!

We love Dr Pallavi R. Gole! My kids are always excited to see her every dentist appointment, which is rare from any child when it comes to Dentist or Doctor appointments. My wife and I love her as well. We been going to her office for about 9 years already. We recommend her to everyone that is looking for a Dentist with a beautiful smile, great energy, great service, great with kids (and adults) and overall great dentist. She is very experienced, professional and really cares about her patients. I been at other dentist and you can tell when they pretend to be nice or some don't even try at all. I can assure you that Dr Pallavi R. Gole D.D.S. Genuinely cares about all of her patients and does it with a smile that can light up the room.

Dr. Gole and the staff are an amazing team! Had a problem recently (not an emergency, but annoying) handled within 24 hours. Dr. Gole is our family dentist. She is accommodating, gentle, and attentive to our differing issues. I can't recommend her highly enough. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. You'll be glad you made an appointment!

What an amazing experience I had today at dr Gole's office! Among the few doctors that are very communicative and explain everything to the patient. Her and Sarka (her assistant) provides great quality service in a gentle, efficient, and professional manner. They were very warm and positive and succeeded to make my dental visit comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend!

Beware!!! they will tell you the incorrect amount before treatment and after few days you will get to know that you have to pay much more because you have signed the agreement. It happened with me 2 times. I asked many times right before and after treatment and paid upfront whatever suggested but after few days need to pay more as they have not estimated correctly or they do not want to estimated correctly.

Dr Pallavi Gole is awesome professionally and personally. She explained my teeth treatment in details and performed the work in a very gentle manners, and she made some very useful recommendations on how to maintain my teeth. Dr Gole is one of a kind.
