My daughter is here for three extractions. Everyone in the office is so pleasant from the front desk to back of the house. Dr. Carroa was so nice and made me feel like my daughter is in good hands. The nurse had my daughter laughing the whole time, she was just great! Thank you to the entire staff for an easy and pleasant experience!!

It's unfortunate that I can't give this place negative stars. Please take a few mins to read my horrible and traumatic experience in this place. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed on 10/17 and was awake for half the procedure. I was under the illusion that I was going to be completely out of it. supposedly I was going to be given general anesthesia and be completely unaware of the entire procedure. To my surprise it was the complete opposite. Half way through the surgery I woke up, and felt absolutely everything, in the middle of me trying to get the doctors attention tapping him, literally trying to speak as he's in my mouth trying to tell him that I feel the drill, the tools, the extractions and stitches all he did was blatantly ignore me while his assistant said "it's ok, we're all almost done" (I made eye contact with him & he just looked away). Tears were just flowing down my face, I'm breathing heavy, trying to compose myself and not panic while they're casually talking about the assistant's trip to Italy and Spain. I felt completely helpless, disappointed, angry & betrayed. I didn't feel like there was any empathy as a medical professional, no consideration towards my well being and comfort, not even the decency to acknowledge what he was doing and how I felt. He has clearly done this procedure many times and lost the empathy towards his patients. I honestly would not recommend this place, I hope I never have to go back. This experience has left me completely traumatized and I do not wish this on anybody. Please do your research and read their negative reviews. I'm not the first, second or third person this happens to. And if you decide to ignore my experience GOOD LUCK! You'll need it.

The dentists and back office staff are very kind, personable, knowledgeable and they made my daughter feel at ease. However the receptionist is rude, she has poor people skills and someone with an attitude like hers should not be working with patients and definitely not kids. Even when I called to make the appointment her attitude was extremely off putting. Everyone else is extremely pleasant though.

I just completed the process of a tooth extraction and 3 implants. I am very happy that I chose Dr. Carrao. He and his staff make an excellent team. I felt very well informed and taken care of throughout this long process. I highly recommend Palisades Oral Surgery and will not hesitate to return in the future if I need to.

Dr. Vincent Carrao And his crew are just phenomenal! They really made sure there patient is well taken care of. Dr. Vincent Carrao gives you a break down after the Xray to make sure you know what exactly is going on, which made me feel very comfortable!

This was the third oral surgeon I scheduled my son at to have his canines extracted and Dr.Carrao advised that he is able to do the procedure! I am very happy with the service so far, the staff and doctor was very nice, made the scheduling process easy, explained thoroughly what is expected from us prior to the surgery date so I would recommend them 100%..Thank you!
