THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR EVERYONE SHOULD BE FIRED AND HIRE MORE QUALIFIED , PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL STAFF AND DOCTORS. I CALLED ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TRYING TO RECEIVE DENTAL ASSISTANCE FROM THIS DENTAL ESTABLISHMENT AND HAVE CONSTANTLY DEALT WITH RUDE STAFF AND NO ASSISTANCE.

Went in for a visit today, waited 35 minutes before I was acknowledged. Receptionist was rude so I left. Won't be returning.

I came for my appointment and the office was closed for the day, they never called before hand to cancel or switch my appointment.

BEWARE! It's a dental office behind a fast food restaurant in a mall. I guess I should have expected what I was getting myself into!!! Rude, impatient staff, especially the doctors. I have a fear of going to the dentist and they made it worse by being so pushy and hurting me a few times when I said something was uncomfortable (and they kept doing the things I said hurt with no sympathy or empathy). Also, extremely rough. No bedside manner at all. If I could give them negative stars I would! Avoid at all costs! PS- They advertise Oral Surgery, but when I needed it they told me they didn't do it and I had to have that part done elsewhere.

My boyfriend went in on a Thursday for extreme tooth pain and was referred out to see an oral surgeon. He was unable to get an appointment until the following Tuesday. When Monday morning came his face was swollen, he was unable to swallow, and could not eat. I called the office to see if an antibiotic could be called in or anything could be done for the pain, but the office manager spoke to me with such an attitude I just wanted to jump through the phone. She explained in the most condescending manor that there's nothing she can do because she's not the doctor. Usually if there's an emergency the dentist would be contacted, but in this case that wasn't an option. Very different from the dentist telling us to call if any problems. There's always attitude from most of the staff and true lack of care. I will never go back here again.

The lady in the front desk (dark brown hair) is so rude I had to shut her up , Talk to people right or don't talk to them at all!!! Im switching Dentist Asap! , I would say only 2 is nice out of all the staff the others are so unprofessional Idk who hired them .

Extremely rude staff specially doctors. They make us feel that we are doing any sin if we our telling about our issue and that issue is created by them. I went just for teeth clean up the and ended up having tones of more issues by them so they make money. Worse experience.

This place is a joke. Always trying to change your appointments if they are to busy. Always keep your appointment card to confirm date and time. They are also very unprofessional too including a male dentist.

I only gave it a star because you can't leave that box blank, these people couldn't organise a scandal in the White House. If you do come down here for dental work you first have to get past the front desk which is run as a Soviet era memorial role playing exercise, before you stand outside in the food court because there isn't enough seating in the waiting room from where you'll be called (maybe) for some third rate dental services by 'professionals' who qualified in Boratland. Steer well clear DC37 dental plan recipients, this place will devour your sick leave.
