Dr. Rohit Narayan received his undergraduate degree from the Manipal University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the prestigious New York University. He completed a one year In Masters of public health also from East Tennessee State University. He was the clinical assistant under his mentor at New York University where he helped the junior class in clinical procedures. He has devoted significant time to teaching and clinical mentorship. During his dental training, Dr. Narayan did several rotations in New York hospital and won the award for his clinical acumen. Dr. Rohit Narayan is an active member of the American Dental Association .
He has attended mission trips to Guatemala with a multidisciplinary teams to provide dental care even under exacting circumstances. He performs services in all facets of Dentistry and dental implantology, but he has a particular interest in the field of oral surgery. He has attended numerous seminars on this topic. He also has been a sponsored attende for Southwest Dental Conference. He puts emphasis on proper surgical protocol for maximum patient comfort. Dr Narayan has been placing dental implants and he uses technology for diagnosis and treatment. He has 3D imaging and digital workflow. He will help determine the correct treatment for each patient, whether that is a sealant on an erupting permanent molar or implant supported overdenture prosthesis.
Dr Narayan prefers to use natural materials when grafting patients. These can be donor materials or from the patient themself. For patients who desire to use their own tissue, a newer technology called L-PRF is available that requires a simple blood draw to process graft materials without the need for surgical harvesting. Communication and trust are key components to a good doctor patient relationship. He spends time explaining to patients what their needs are and options for treatment, then helps craft an individualized plan to meet their needs. He understands that he is treating a person, not a dental issue, and tries to create as pleasant a dental experience as possible for his patients. For patients who are anxious about dentistry, Dr Narayan is certified in sedation. Laughing gas, oral sedatives, are offered as best suits the patients needs.
He lives with his wife Mona, son Siddh, daughter Saanvi.Coming from a military family we understand the sacrifices made by the brave men and women. When hes not working, he often is spending time with his family at VR gaming with oculus or performances with his daughter, at dance competitions or working in their garden with his wife or at the park taking long walks. Dr.Narayan also enjoys playing indoor games, cooking, reading, and adventure travel. Dr Rohit and family love time at beaches in Cancun and weekend adventures to the countryside.
As the office manager, Isabel is an integral part of Mineola Dental and constantly strives to improve the office and the performance of the team members. She is also key in keeping the office running smoothly. Isabel enjoys spending her free time with her family.
As a receptionist at Mineola Dental, Jane loves helping new/current patients have a healthier and brighter smile. As a child she had always loved the medical field and working here at Mineola Dental has brought her a step closer to her dream of being a RN.
Daniela has been a receptionist at Mineola Dental since September 2020. She is determined and committed to providing great service when helping new and current patients. Working at Mineola Dental has brought her new friendships that she is very grateful for. In her free time, Daniela enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling.
Madison Gaylord has been working for Mineola Dental since July 2020. Madison is one of our dental assistants here at the office. She has always had a passion for the dental field and enjoys watching movies and spending time with her loved ones and her dogs.
In the month of June 2020 Mineola Dental welcomed Melissa as a dental assistant. She has always been fascinated in the dental field since she was younger. This has led her to pursue a career in the dental field.
Jessica Hernandez has been part of Mineola Dental since June of 2020. She enjoys spending time with patients as well as helping them get through their dental fears. She loves spending her free time with her twin nephews.
I am committed to customer satisfaction and effectively serve our community. Analyzing the consumer needs , providing training and resolving grievances on a daily basis enables me to learn and grow as a human being. I recently came to the USA and decided to pursue a career in Dental Clinics, however a quite new area for me. My educational and professional background is Computer Science and Engineering. I am a proud mom. I like outdoor activities and visiting different countries.
It is my goal and passion to serve our communities by providing excellent customer satisfaction. As a Manager, I am always available to my team members for effective support and services having the vision that it adds value to the lives of the people in our community. Professionalism, Creative thinking, Leadership, Innovation, Collaboration and Execution, etc. are just some of the ideals that govern my work ethics. I joined East Texas Dental in February, 2017. I am blessed with two children ( 3 year daughter and 2 year old son). In my spare time, I like to travel, read books and fix computers.

This echos some of the other reviews on here. Went in with a toothache and was told I have 4 small cavities. I've never had a cavity before so I went to another dentist and was told that there were no problems with my teeth.

I have been without a front tooth for 2 weeks after having it broken and removed by this dentist who said they were going to refer me to another dentist for a bridge because she didn't want to do it. Referral was never made, when I called after a week I was told by office staff that I was responsible for making my own referral. As a medical professional I find this ridiculous!

I want to complement the Dr and staff at Palestine Dental! Tati, Siliva, Jasmine, Maria, Valerie And Dr A! Dental appointment's can be stressful, however everyone at Palestine Dental went out of their way to make me comfortable. They explained everything that I needed and what it would cost. During the procedure Dr A constantly ask how I was doing. I've never had a dentist ask me that. I highly recommend Palestine Dental for all your dental care. Respectfully, Raymond L Andrews

These people absolutely don't have a clue! I went in to the office, and the first thing that I wasn't told was .. For them to look at more than one tooth it cost more than what I was quoted over the phone. I was told $50 to been seen, have x-rays and see the dentist. And it ended up costing$100 because I had 5 teeth that needed to be extracted.Well, she, the "Dr", didn't even look at my mouth, didn't talk to me at all . Then they inform me of the $3000 worth of work they needed to do.?? What?? Well it didn't happen, and won't happen! Haha wow!

I Don't like this place. It's always something when you go. Even if you have an appointment. It is sad we have to go to Tyler just to see a Good Dentist. The only good thing about this place is the Pretty Hispanic Lady that is almost always there at the desk. She always greets you with hello beautiful/handsome. So sweet. I'm sorry I don't know your name, but you are Awesome.

Getting in was a simple pleasant experience but I was lied to about being in network so I payed alot More than expected had to get a second opinion after a tooth extraction there and was told 2 other teeth were broken in the process so I have been referred to a dental surgeon. But of course everything was denied they even handed over my medical information to a friend with out even asking for her ID or if she was listed as someone who could receive this. The ladies are nice the dentist was nice but nice doesn't run a business. The 3000 I have to spend extra in medical bills certainly will have me doing more research on any work I have done.

I was recommend this place by a co-worker and was quite pleased! My husband needed to have a tooth pulled and the Doctor was amazing! She had a very calm and caring personality! The young ladies who worked along side her in the office were also very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Palestine Dental!

I am so glad I came here if it wasn't for the staff being so friendly and going above and beyond to make my appointment less stressful I would not have come back and they are affordable I am terrified of the dentist but the staff were very comforting and pleasant and just overall so welcoming they even held my hand as the Dr. Began his work thank you all so much for making my dental experience safe clean and relaxing ill be back and im switching my kids over to them
