I went for a filling but ended up having a wisdom tooth removed as well. Dr Chris and Elanna were amazing! They made me feel at ease and the procedure went smoothly.

New to this dental office, and impressed with it's warm, personable, family feeling. Considering full implants here rather than what I see as the big, impersonal, corporate offices. Update (9 months later): Celebrated at Fogo de Chao last evening following the delivery of this wonderful upper arch done in zirconia, and I crunched through salads and meats that I haven't enjoyed in so long. I took the long, sure route to this outcome, first undergoing painless and flawless surgery by well-known Dr. Bruce Abdullah, then experiencing the care and attention to detail that Dr. Britten provides. Honestly, it almost killed me to make the payments, but this office gave me every consideration, and I am more alive today than ever. Nervous at first, I am now so happy and I can highly recommend this office. I would gladly share more details with anyone interested.

Great experience. Very thorough in performing cleaning. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I object to is the charge to have the dentist spend 60 seconds, do a couple of pokes, and charge $75. Totally out of line. Feel free to credit my account.

The staff is always so friendly and professional. Moving here from California, this dentists office felt like the perfect fit and I am so happy I came here. The staff remembers you and always makes sure you're comfortable and doing well. During a recent accident that involved chipped teeth, I knew I had the perfect dentist office to trust in giving me my smile back!

I hadn't been to a new dentist since our family dentist retired and I was dreading being a new patient. I selected this place based on reviews and was pleasantly surprised. What really stood out was the thoroughness of their work, attention to detail and actually taking time to fully explain everything and the recommended long term teeth health care plan. Additionally, you can tell a lot about a place by the receptionists energy. Everyone up front had positive vibes like they enjoy being there, which is great to see.

I was amazed at how Sam so gently and thoroughly cleaned my teeth! She's the best dental hygienist I've ever had, and that's saying a lot since I'm in my 70s. Not only did I feel no discomfort whatsoever, but also my whole body was relaxed. She double and triple checked everything to make sure the plaque was removed. She's a very pleasant and kind person who honestly and logically answered my questions about how I could improve my dental hygiene habits. After all, I still have all my teeth and hope to keep them for a long time! I'm looking forward to my next cleaning with Sam. I highly recommend her as an extremely qualified professional in her field. Margaret R.

I was travelling 1.5 hours twice a year to see my childhood dentist. I heard so many horror stories of other dentists and the subpar care. After my first visit with Dr. Britten-Fazio, I knew I found my new dentist! She is incredibly caring, gentle and knowledgeable. She never rushes you, and makes you feel at east and comfortable. The newly renovated office, post Covid, is state-of-the-art and extremely welcoming. Her staff follows her lead with making you feel welcome, comfortable, and they are very attentive to the patient. I can't say enough good things about Palatine Dental, or Dr. Britten-Fazio herself! I highly recommend you see them for all of your dental needs.

I've been a patient of Palatine Dental Associates for almost 30 years. The staff is caring and knows your name when you walk in. My kids are all grown up, but they still come back to this office twice a year. It has a 'small town dental office' feel, but has super impressive cutting edge equipment. They've always accepted my insurance, but prices are very reasonable. I just finished 8 months of Invisalign treatment, including a crown and an implant! and my '60 year old teeth' look perfect once again. Highly recommend this practice! Dr. Britten and her staff are awesome.

I am not the best with oral hygiene and they always keep me healthy and keep my teeth as good as they can. They always seem to be using the latest equipment which I appreciate it. The schedule is normally busy and are closed on Fridays but I have not had problems when scheduling months out.

Doctor Andersen and the Assistants were fantastic. The quickest and smoothest appointments one could possible have. Cannot recommended enough.
