Amazing staff!!!!! Joel, Andi, Dr Palacin - everyone is outstanding. They have state of the art equipment and I can even text with the office. My whole family comes here ages 5-72! We love you guys! Thank you!!

I went here because it was close to my work and the stars appeared to indicate this was a reasonable place. On my first visit they indicated I would need to come back for 3-4 appointments, despite not feeling discomfort, but I relied on them. I went back for second visit and spent 2 hours there with the dentist switching between rooms like she was double booked. They quality was not good (Color of cavity and they way it was applied shows lines on my teeth). I feel like they removed more of my teeth than they needed for the cavities and I still feel discomfort now in my teeth a month later. I wish I had never gone. I went back to complain in person but only receptionist there and no one else. I left my name and number but no call back after a week. I do not recommend this place and want others to know my experience.

Almost ended up paying thousands for something I paid a few hundred dollars somewhere else. Felt like they were after getting as much money as possible. They even have a closer to make sure the sale is done. I felt like I was at a car dealership instead of a dentist

I have been going to this dentist for years. Made an appointment to get two fillings done over a month ago. Received multiple appointment confirmation text messages and I spoke to a representative over the past week with no concerns. Today, I show up for my appointment and they stated they don't have my insurance on file. After providing the information they told me to have a seat. About 10 minutes later I was told they no longer take my insurance. This office new I was only in town for a short period of time and needed this work done. This was never mentioned once over the past month. I have also had multiple fillings in need of "Replacement" over the years. I was never happy with the oral work that was done on me or my wife. The ONLY reason why I kept going to this office was because they have a hygienist named Barbie who is amazing. If it wasn't for her I would have left years ago. I can not be anymore disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this office staff.

Had an amazing cleaning with Jackie! She was friendly, professional, and the most caring and thorough hygienist I have ever had! She is a great addition to Dr. Palacin's already stellar staff.
