Dr. Sandhya Pal is a third generation dentist who has been practicing for over 20 years. She earned her B.S. in Biology with a double minor in Spanish and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a D.D.S. from Howard University School of Dentistry with honors in Oral Diagnosis and Radiology.
Dr. Pals skills span all aspects of General Dentistry and is also certified in Implant surgery, Sedation Dentistry, and Therapeutic Botox. She feels that the best part of dentistry is caring for her patients as if they were her family. She also feels that dentistry is an art, as well as a science, and brings a good eye and steady hand to build lasting smiles.
Dr. Pal is a member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Julianna came to the U.S. from Latvia in 2001 to pursue a higher education. She earned her Bachelors and Masters degree in Global Health from George Mason University. Julianna came to our practice over 10 years ago with experience from working with general dentists, endodontists and oral surgeons. Her experience of 20 years and vast dental knowledge makes her vital to the practice. Julianna takes great pride in her work and strives to provide a comforting experience for every patient. You might even get a manicure by her while you are here :)!
Christinahas been licensed hygienist since 2007.Christinawas born and raised in West Michigan, but she has lived in the DMV area for the past 12 years. It is a priority forChristinathat each and every patient experience is better than their last one she loves being able to make anxious patients feel at ease and comfortable for every visit!Christinais honored to be a part of a dental team that is dedicated to its patients and makes everyone feel like family. She is married and has two beautiful daughters. Her hobbies include playing golf, tea parties with her daughters, camping, hiking and finding new restaurants to try.

The best - Dr. Pal does excellent work on tooth restorations. The team makes great recommendations for my personal tooth care. The front desk recently found a way to fit me in when I needed help. I highly recommend.

Convenient location in Reston. The atmosphere was welcoming and with large bright treatment rooms. Advanced technology. Made this dentist weary patient comfortable. Top notch professionals. I highly recommend.

This is the absolute best dental office I've ever visited! Pal came recommended by a friend who once worked there, and she was right about everything! They are cheerful, careful, professional, sensitive to nervous patients (me) and they definitely represent the best dental experience you can get! I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a new office.

Love love this practice!! I moved to VA three years ago and have been searching for a good dentist and have finally found it. They always welcome me with a smile and make me feel comfortable right away. To top of it all, the doctor comes and compliments you as well :)

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to! Very attentive, caring, and she actually listens to your issues unlike so many other dentists. Staff is also very helpful and caring too!! If you are a chicken like me and afraid of going to a dentist, TRUST ME...you are in EXCELLENT HANDS with Dr. Pal..Highly Recommend!!

Seriously awesome dentists office. I think this was the most thorough cleaning I've ever gotten and I was only going in for some mild tooth pain. Super friendly hygienist and dr. Pal was so sweet! It's a bit tough to get an appointment since they're so busy but I got in on a cancellation and if you dont have a serious condition I'd say they're worth the wait

The dental exam and clean is performed. Its was great and wonderful experience. The hygienist is above and beyond the way in the cleaning. Dr Pal review and treatment is excellent. Highly recommended...
