Dr. Mason and Frances took good care of my dental work. I had an infected tooth, Dr. Mason gave me antibiotics to clear up the infection then i had a root canal and a crown. My experience here was very nice, the whole staff makes you feel like u are a part of the family here. I recommend painless dentistry in charolette to everyone.

Had very good cleaning by Sandy today. She was right on time which is crucial to me as I am on oxygen. Unfortunately I had to leave before I could see Dr. Nelli as my oxygen tank was running low. I do have a tendency to get anxious when I start running low. Every thing else was great. The staff are very nice and helpful. Hopefully I will get to see Dr Nelli the next time so I can apologize for having to leave so abruptly.

A great place to get really good quality work done. Dr Mason is pretty good at what he does. Would definitely recommend. Bit of a wait time but, waiting never hurt anyone

Updated 8/15/2022- Dont take yourself or children here! Get a new dentist. The female dentist is horrid with children! Not to mention they almost did a root canal on my daughter that didn't even need to be done and traumatized her so much we had to make 3 trips to U of M just to have her comfortable enough for them to fix her teeth doing a noninvasive procedure. Her cap fell off of her tooth exposing the nerve and she was having extreme pain but the dentist at painless told us it didn't fall off so she continued having severe pain for a few weeks until her teeth got fixed at U of M. I am actively finding a new dentist and will NEVER allow my children to go back. It's really sad because this is the dentist office I have gone to since I was a small child. I have been a patient at this office since I was a kid and have since brought all of my kids and they love it! I have always requested Michele to do the cleanings because she is the best and always makes my kiddos feel so comfortable and tells them step by step what shes doing. Last time I brought my kids we got to meet the new Dr. (Dr.Morris). He was real nice and personable and my kids warmed right up to him. It's nice to see a younger face in there as a Dr. Even my kids commented that they liked him better than the other Dentist they had seen.
