I had went in on April 8th to have wisdom teeth removed (all 4, plus a 5th tooth). Sat in waiting room for 3 hours before I was taken back for surgery. Then a week later I called them and told them I was in severe pain, couldn't hold any liquids down, no food. Nothing. Went back for a check up, they BARELY looked inside my mouth and just gave new pain meds. I ended up in the hospital a day later with sepsis where I currently am still to get rid of the infection from the careless and negligence of Dr.Kim. She failed to remove all of the fragments of my wisdom tooth and stitched over fragments, in which I had to undergo another surgery to have removed. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!

I can not say enough good things about Painless Dentistry in Adrian! Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing! I just had a tooth and a wisdom tooth root extracted and the name of their office, says it all!!! PAINLESS! Add that to the friendliness and efficiency of Dr. Kim, Sandy and Megan, and you have the best dental experience ever! Like I told them when I left, I'm a patient for life!

Best dentist I've ever been to. I got a all 4 wisdom teeth removed quickly and professionally. They also addressed a dry socket immediately; I called and they got me in that day! Love them.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had to get a tooth extracted, when I told the dentist I could still feel her poking at my tooth she still proceeded to start extracting my tooth in which I was screaming in pain. She then gave me 5 more shots but each time for some reason wiggling the shots in my gum and in my cheek. I've never experienced ever where someone is wiggling around a shot or even a needle for that matter into someone. When was all done with procedure and I went home I found pieces of my tooth still in my mouth after I removed my gauze. I called them up and they were like uhmm okay that should be normal. But how is that normal? Now I'm dealing with a piece of tooth that was within the extraction sight that is now ejecting itself out of my gum. I heard great reviews about this place but after my experience I'm going to a different dentist.

You are given their full attention at Painless Dentist. They care about you and your teeth. As far as "painless", you can't get any closer to painless than what I experienced. They do their very best to make your experience as painless as possible and that means a lot! The only thing I can say other than this is that one dentist spoke so fast I couldn't understand a lot of what he was saying.

I recently have started taking my daughters to Painless Dentistry. So far, it has been a great experience for us. The Doctor knows my daughter's limits and she will stop if it becomes to much for her. We will continue coming here.

Awesome staff and doctor!!!! Always patient with me!!! I am so pleased with the care and service this office provides I would never consider a different office! Everything was explained very clearly to me, from care of my teeth, to financing for things insurance didn't cover. Truly a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Sooooo been at this office since I was a kid and it was owned by Robert Elliot. I have been nice and trying to work with them before taking legal action but they are horrible. They have messed up on my soooo many times!! Like seriously even given me medicine I'm allergic to and my allergy is on file. They have had to re do an implant 2"twice due to their own errors and now I have 2 route canals that have to be completely redone by a true professional. They have high doctor turn over with new doctors each time you visit and the last doctor I seen there reviewed my x rays and was furious at the horrible work the did. At this time I now have to have 2 re-do on a job they were pain in full for. My total cost is 2,400$ and I will not let this go until they take care of this and make me whole. Now on tot complain to the attorney general, better business bureau, and consumer protection Agency. You can not treat and service patients in this way and I'm not letting this go. They were suppose to call me back yesterday about this issue. Tacky tacky tacky

It was a great experience. Ive always hated going to the dentist. I usually try to avoid it at all cost. Even pain. Everyone was so nice and the dentist was very caring and careful. She explained everything and were up front about prices and payment plans. It will be the only place I'll go for my dental work now.
