Tonya has worked in the dental field for eleven years. She wears many hats and excels at them all. She enjoys interacting with our wonderful patients.She is an active member of her church and loves to sing. She also enjoys visits to the ocean, camping, bird watching and spending time with family.
Newly introduced to the assisting side of dental care, Magon has quickly and precisely mastered the art of helping patients feel right at home while working alongside Dr. Warren. She recently completed her x-ray safety course at the University of Kentucky.Magon enjoys spending most of her time with her husband and children. She likes outdoor activities such as fishing, riding four wheelers, crafting and baking.
Rachel is a newcomer to the dental field. Her eagerness to learn every aspect quickly and accurately will help to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish.She enjoys spending all of her time with her husband and children. She is very active in church and enjoys golfing, cooking, fishing, riding horses, UK basketball and singing.
Whitney is a DANB certified dental assistant and a 2008 graduate of Henderson Community College's Dental Assisting program. She has been employed with Dr. Warren since graduation.She enjoys providing care and educating patients about a healthy smile. Whitney loves spending time with her husband and baby boy. In her free time she likes to camp, kayak and cheer on her Louisville Cardinals.
Alex is a DANB certified dental assistant from the graduating class of 2017 at Henderson Community College. She strives for excellent and interactive patient care.In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, shopping and being outside with her two australian shepherds.
Cheri has been a member of our team for twenty three years. She received her Dental Hygiene degree with Distinction from Hopkinsville Community College. She has a long history of excellent patient care and enjoys teaching about the importance of oral wellness to all age groups.Cheri loves relaxing at the lake and spending time with her husband and two daug
Amy is a 2009 graduate of Henderson Community College. She has 8 years experience working as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She loves all aspects of her job but mostly the connection she makes with patients.Amy enjoys being a wife and mother of two small girls. She likes volunteering with church, baking and cruising in the Jeep with her husband.
Dr. Paige Phillips Warren grew up in Providence, Ky. and attended Webster County High School. She went to college at the University of Louisville in 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. In 1992, she entered the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and upon graduation in 1996, returned to her hometown to practice. She has served this community for over 20 years.
Dr. Warren is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, and the West Central Dental Society. She has served as president in her local society and been on several committees of the Kentucky Dental Association. She continues to be active in these Associations and enjoys being in a Spears study group with colleagues locally. She attends numerous continuing education events and seminars annually.
Dr. Warren resides with her husband Jason and daughter, Kendall. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and the youth of First Christian Church. She likes to play tennis and golf and enjoys fishing, boating, hiking and traveling.

Dr. Warren is probably my favorite dentist I've ever had & not just because she has a nice personality but because her work is thorough & well-educated. Her staff are all very accommodating & good at what they each individually bring to the office!

Dr. Warren is the best dentist I have ever had! I had to haveajor dental work done and she handled it with great care and she expertise!! She is an amazing person and truly cares for her patients!! She also has very reasonable pricing and fast labs for outside services that make her partials and dentures!! Quality care, service, products and experiences is the goal of Dr. Warren and her staff!!

My husband had been a patient here for years, and we traveled from Louisville KY for his father's funeral and my husband has a broken tooth that is causing him extreme pain. We called yesterday, on March 16,2020 and he was given an appointment for 8:40 the next morning, March 17,2020. We stayed at a hotel in Princeton so that we would be closer to the office so he could get there on time. He gets there, and the receptionist tells him they won't see him because his appointment is for tomorrow the 18th. Speakerphone was on and my husband and I both heard her say TODAY at 8:40 a.m. now we've traveled 7 hours yesterday, he's in excruciating pain, we paid for a hotel, and we have our two small children with us- we have to attend a funeral today, and he has to go through all of this in physical and emotional pain. I only gave 3 stars because the receptionist had no compassion for my husband, our situation, or honoring her own time that she gave for the appointment. We have to return to Louisville and cannot make the appointment for tomorrow, and will now have to wait two weeks to get into a dentist in Louisville. I am not impressed with this; however, my husband has said that the actual dentist is a great dentist and she has always treated him fairly in the past. Even if this is just a mistake- the pack of compassion and accountability is what I am reviewing here.
