Dr. Walden is a native of Paducah and has practiced dentistry in Paducah since 1983, combining his experience with hundreds of hours of continuing education to stay in the forefront of contemporary dentistry. Dr. Walden and his staff attend continuing education courses throughout the year, learning all of the new techniques to provide you the finest, most modern care.

Dr. Walden has a special interest in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He has trained with some of the world's most prominent cosmetic dental specialists. He feels that cosmetic dentistry is exciting to do, the results are dramatic, and his patients walk away feeling good about themselves.

Dr. Walden is past president of the Paducah Rotary Club and he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the McCracken County Red Cross. Dr. Walden was in the Charter Class of the Leadership Paducah Program and is a member of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Matthew Mangino is a Paducah, KY native who graduated from St. Mary High School, Murray State University, and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Prior to moving back to Paducah, Dr. Mangino practiced general dentistry in Cincinnati, OH.

Dr. Mangino believes patient comfort comes first. He provides treatment that will fit every patients dental needs. Dr. Mangino continues to study all aspects of dentistry while maintaining the highest level of accreditation. He has advanced training from well-recognized and respected doctors in cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Dr. Mangino currently is the family health expert on WPSD for dentistry and has appeared on the Wellness Hour with Randy Alvarez. His is an alumnus of the Leadership Paducah Program, a member of the Paducah Chamber of Commerce, and participated in Dancing With Our Stars to raise money for the American Cancer Society. Dr. Mangino is an active parishioner at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.

Dr. Mangino is married to Elizabeth Mangino, who teaches math at McCracken Country High School. They have two daughters, Maria and Madeline. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, gardening, working out, and spending time with his family and friends.

Amber is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been part of the team at Paducah Dental Care since December of 2007. 'I enjoy my job because of the interaction and education I can provide my patients. It 's the greatest feeling in the world knowing you have helped restore someone 's confidence and hope through their smile.' Amber and her husband Daniel enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling to see baseball games. She also enjoys spending time with my large family and of course shopping!

Denise has been in dentistry for 30+ years! She began her career as a dental assistant and then later became a Registered Dental Hygienist. 'I have been with Paducah Dental Care since 1996 and can 't think of any other job I would rather have!' Denise is married and has two wonderful children whom she is extremely proud of.

Meghan joined the team at Paducah Dental Care in 2009 and serves as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Paducah Dental Care participates in a program Smiles for the Heart where they give dental care to patients who otherwise could not afford it. 'One of my favorite things is getting to be a part of Smiles for the Heart. We are able to help so many people smile that day.' Outside of work Meghan enjoys scrapbooking, crafts, hiking and the St. Louis Cardinals!

Vanessa has been part of the Paducah Dental team, working as a Dental Hygienist, since 2011. 'I enjoy my job because I am able to give patients the kindness they need to take the steps needed to live happy, healthy lives.' Vanessa is married and has a stepdaughter and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and being outdoors.

Debbie has been with Paducah Dental Care since 2003 and currently is the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She has been in the field of Dentistry for over 30 years and loves what she does. 'Paducah Dental Care has become a great place in my heart. I have a family here with my co-workers. The thing I find most rewarding about my job is bringing a smile back to someone that hasn 't had one in a long time.' She and her husband have 3 children and one grandchild.

Johnna serves as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant at Paducah Dental Care. She has been in the dental field for over two decades. She has two children. When Johnna is not at work she enjoys reading, shopping and crafting, including making cards and scrapbooking. She also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Haley has been with Paducah Dental Care since May 2016; she did her student dental assistant program with us and has since joined our staff. 'I enjoy being a part of such a great team and could not ask for better people to work with, I look forward to many more years here.' Haley enjoys spending time with family, friends and two dogs, Trigger and Drake. She also loves riding horses and going camping in her spare time.

Sabrina has been in the dental field for over 14 years and serves as a Dental Assistant at Paducah Dental Care. Sabrina and her husband have 3 children, a miniature schnauzer named Chance and a striped tabby cat named Scout. She enjoys spending her free time swimming, reading and spending time with her family.

Melanie works in the sterilization department at Paducah Dental Care. Melanie feels it is very important that patients can rest assured they are being treated in a clean environment. She previously worked at a hospital in the Central Sterile Surgical Unit. She and her husband have 2 daughters and one granddaughter. Melanie also enjoys her pets, a Staffordshire terrier and a Calico Cat. In her spare time she loves the outdoors, horseback riding and camping.

Amy has been part of the Administrative team at Paducah Dental Care since 2007. One of her favorite things about her job is the opportunity to help patients gain confidence back through their smile. 'I 'm thankful to call my co-workers at Paducah Dental Care my extended family and I look forward to being part of this team for many years!' When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys.

Heather joined the Paducah Dental Care team in September 2017. She is one of the smiling faces to greet you when you walk in. 'I love being able to bring patients in for a relaxing, fulfilling dental experience, and see the results of the work from the entire team! I 'm proud to work at such a welcoming dental office!' In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Jerri joined the team at Paducah Dental Care in 2004. Jerri helps patients get established with the office and she works hard to make sure each visit is comfortable and pleasant. 'Seeing patients return with a smile is my reward!' When she is not at works she enjoys swimming, the Paducah Symphony and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren has been part of the Administrative team at Paducah Dental Care since 2006. 'I am proud to call my co-workers my friends.' Lauren works hard to help patients get the maximum benefit from their insurance plan and assisting patients with different payment options. She enjoys summertime activities and spending time with her daughter. Lauren is also an avid runner.
