I was pleased to find a professional dental operation with all the services provided in-house that you would expect; i.e., full dental cleaning and whitening if desired. The dental tech who assisted me for my visit and xrays was very thorough and detail oriented, which I appreciated! And the Dentist who appraised my consultation was " straight to the chase" , which i also appreciated and feel is important in effective communication.

Your strength remains strong customer service inside the practice. I tried to get an appointment when Dr. Kapur was on vacation around June 30, 2022. to fix a dental bridge that had come out. Administrative staff advised that no appointments were available and there was no visibility on when future appointments would be available. Staff advised that they could place me a wait list but I never got a call back. Consequently, I made an appointment with a competitor. On the day of my competitor appointment, I called Paddock Place to see if anything was available and got an appointment the next day. Just letting you know that the scheduling/customer notification process could be tightened up a bit especially when you are shorthanded or the Doc is out. Thank you.

Wonderful wonderful Wonderful!!! Starting with the front desk staff all through the visit and the hygienist and dentist! Very nice and professional . Always let me know what to expect next and wait times. Any service they offered, they explained the price and insurance coverage . Moving my entire family here!

Such a wonderfully kind n skillful dentist n staff! Excellent care n support pulling out my tooth with knowing I also going to need a implant which is stressful. But highly recommend n a good experience if n when you go to the dentist.

This is the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The hygienist checked gums and teeth thoroughly and I was even screened for cancer. She was so sweet. I don't think I've ever had an office do that. They also had glasses for you to wear to protect from chemicals or (heaven forbid) a tool gets dropped and hits your eye. That's always been an underlying fear of mine and I'm so happy they considered that situation. The dentist herself was so kind! They even gave me a cup at the end of my initial visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. 10 out of 10!

I have never had so many issues with insurance billing in my life. After SEVERAL assurances from insurance and business day of appointment, I am being hounded OVER A YEAR LATER and they are still trying to bill be over $1000. I am so glad I switched. NEVER would recommend this place. If I could give zero stars I would.
