I have had great experiences with Padbury Periodontics. Their staff is wonderful. Dr. Padbury and the entire staff are great at what they do and have always been so kind in answering any questions I've had. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

It's a pity what terrible customer service will do. I'll start by saying that I've been going to see Dr. Padbury for I think almost 7 years now and him and his team have always been so kind, professional, and downright good at what they do. Today I got a call from the receptionist (unfortunately I don't recall her name) that I missed my appointment this morning. I have never missed an appointment with Dr. Padbury. She continues on and says that I'll have to be charged $60 for missing my appointment. It's whatever. It's their policy. But I told her I threw out my back 2 days ago and have a bulging disc and I just forgot about it and that my husband recently lost his job so I couldn't pay it right now. Right away she got rude toward me and said "well you have a passed due balance from your last appointment and if you didn't have that then we could have discussed waving the $60 missed appointment fee."... really? Was that really necessary for her to say? She then continues that I didn't even let them know my insurance changed until AFTER I received my invoice in the mail... she was actually mad about it even though I called and gave it to them. That's not some out of the ordinary thing! She went on to claim that she's sent more bills with the adjusted amount and has called me. She even claimed that somebody called her back and confirmed my appointment for today. That is complete bull! I have received no bills, I've received nothing from my insurance company, and I have no missed calls. I even went through everything to make sure I wasn't missing anything, checked my call log and there's nothing. The only call I got from them was this morning. She then went on saying that she ALWAYS has to send repeated invoices to me. That's kind of odd considering my old insurance covered 100% of my appointments. So the need to send any unpaid invoices would not have been needed. As I'm telling her I haven't received anything and I had no calls or voice mails, and today I missed my appointment because I'm literally stuck in bed and just forgot, she hung up on me. After she gets rude, unprofessional, angry, and insulting toward me, she hangs up on me? Wow. Almost 7 years I forget one appointment and this is how I'm treated. As this receptionist is working there, I highly suggest finding another periodontist office who will at least not insult you with false accusations when you tell them your husband recently lost his job.

I was disappointed with the service that I received at Dr. Padbury's office. Went in for the first deep cleaning and then was to come back the following wed. I called on Monday to cancel the appointment as my mouth was so sore. I had the first procedure on Thursday and could not eat or even brush my teeth on that side and it was Monday. Was told they would tell the doctor and he would contact me. Was never contacted but they did drop me as a patient. I received a copy of the letter they sent to my dentist saying I withdrew from service which I never said I just canceled one appointment to let my mouth heal. Don't know if Dr. Padbury even received my message as I did not hear from him. My jaw was bruised for several days.

Extremely greatful to have found this place to help get my gums cleaned! Ashley and Dr Padbury are always so kind and gentle and making sure I'm comfortable when they have to do anything with checking my gums. I would recommend Dr Padbury to anyone who needs periodontic work done!

Through Social Sound, I do some work with Padbury Periodontics and Implant Dentistry and have found the entire team there to be professional, courteous and helpful. Dr. Padbury and the entire Padbury Perio team have a lot to be proud of. They care about their patients and treat everyone the right way.

Dr. Padbury & Dr. Chan are a great team! I've had a root cleaning and a gum graft so far and they've been nothing but delightful to work with. I did end up having some extra bleeding with my gum graft (my blood wouldn't clot right so my fault not theirs) and they got me in several times same day, we're available to give me advice after hours, and even came back in the office in the middle of the night to help me heal faster. Comfortable office and high tech equipment.

First of all this review is based on his reception office not Doctor Padbury himself. Doctor Padbury was an amazing doctor with great manners. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, April was extremely rude. Our issues were with billing and she seemed to be frustrated with the concerns we had AS A PATIENT. After two occasions of her insults, and horrible customer service, we said we didn't feel comfortable dealing with her, she then asked us to "wait outside" and ran out of the front office. When she did not come back we spoke with another receptionist and she asked us if we still wanted to continue with the surgery. After I told her I did not want to deal with April because she was extremely rude and I felt uncomfortable. The second receptionist said, "then we suggest you finding another place." We walked out. UNBELIEVABLE! I have never experienced that bad of customer service in my entire life. As a patient, I am paying for your services you are providing TO ME. She was crass, unprofessional, and demeaning. I will NEVER bring my business to that dentist officevever again. I am extremely disappointed since this was a referral.

I've had two implants done here and both were very positive experiences. Staff was caring and professional. Lots of flexibility in scheduling appointments. Dr. Padbury made sure I understood the entire procedure and checked with me at every step along the way to be sure I was doing OK. Highly recommended.
