Dr. Jerry Paczkowski was born and raised in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. After graduation from Roncalli High School in 1994, Dr. Paczkowski attended the University of Minnesota until 1997 when he began his dental education at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Jerry graduated from The U in 2001, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree.
Following graduation, Dr. Paczkowski moved back to Two Rivers with his wife Carrie to be close to their family and so that Dr. Jerry could join Paczkowski Family Dental. He and his wife live in the Town of Two Rivers with their two children Madelyn and Cameron. In their free time, Dr. Jerry and Carrie like to spend summer weekends at Kelly Lake in Oconto County. They also love spending time going to Jimmy Buffett concerts, traveling, taking family bike rides, and playing board games. Dr. Jerry is a past-president of the Manitowoc-Calumet County Dental Society as well as a past-president of the Two Rivers Kiwanis Club.
Carrie has worked behind the scenes at Paczkowski Family Dental for many years.AsOffice Manager, Carrie helps arrange staff events,handles payroll, andmanages officemarketing and social media. Carrie and Dr.PaczkowskiJr.are high school sweethearts and love working and living in Two Rivers. They have two children, Madelyn and Cameron, and when not spending time going to their childrens' activities, they enjoy going out to dinner, traveling, and spending time at their cottage.
Penny began her career in dentistry in 1986 as a chairside assistant and receptionist. She joined the Paczkowski Family Dental team in 2014, spending most of her time at the front desk. Penny enjoys talking to patients and helping them feel comfortable at the dentist. Penny lives north of Mishicot with her husband Jeff. She loves hunting, fishing, and flower gardening.
Debbie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since graduation from LTC in 2002. She joined our practice at that time. Debbie enjoys the rewarding feeling she gets from participating directly with our patients dental care. Debbie is proud to be part of an office where she feels the patients needs are put first. Debbie lives in Two Rivers with her husband John, and loves playing with her grandchildren.
Kylie graduated from LTC in 2010 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She joined Paczkowski Family Dental in 2015. Kylie prides herself on thorough cleanings, while being as gentle as possible. Kylie and her daughter Madison live in Manitowoc. In her free time, Kylie enjoys crafting, doing yard work, having bonfires, and spending time with her bowling league.
Ashley began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant in 2008. She began working for Paczkowski Family Dental that spring. Ashley is always willing to learn from the doctors and other team members. She knows that communication and cooperation is key to providing quality care. Ashley lives in Manitowoc with her husband Nick and their children Orion, Elaina and Stella.
Patti has been a dental assistant with us for nearly 10 years. Patti enjoys working closely with individual patients and talking about all the things they have going on in their lives (in addition to what is going on with their dental health!) Patti lives inGreenleaf and enjoys spending time with her children Rebecca, Devin, and Amber.
