Dr. Pacleb grew up in the Bay Area and proudly calls it home. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1992 and then the San Francisco University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1996.
She has three beautiful children and loves to spend her free time with them: hiking, beachcombing, and simply discovering. She enjoys the outdoors, learning new thingsand supporting conservation efforts.
Dr. Pacleb loves working with children and seniors alike and has special training inimplant dentistryfor which she has over 19 years of experience and expertise. Her favorite part of her job is nurturing the relationships she has had the privilegeof building. Dr. Pacleb is known for her gentle touch, compassion, and attention to detail.
Joy is a local from EI Cerrito. She has been in the dental field since 1977. She started as a dental assistant and took a break to raise her two daughters. She ventured into other fields and returned to dentistry 15 years ago. Her daughters are grown up now but they still get together for weekly dinners and shopping trips. The love of her life is her grandson Nicholas. Visiting him in Los Angeles is the highlight of her year.
Her favorite part of her job is the patients and the close family her co-worker have become. The office get-togethers are an added treat. Her welcoming personality greets you when you walk into our office or when give us a call. She is truly the Joy of our office.
Who loves the Dentist? I didn't! Every visit was a Guiltfest on how I wasn't meeting the minimum oral hygiene standard, When I decided to go into Dental Hygiene, a bizarre choice, I knew I could make the patient experience better by not adhering to shaming process, A process that isn 't effective anyway I Come see me and learn how to be healt hier on a guilt free format. Let's make sure you can eat t hat Steak or corn-on-thecob at that 90th birthday.
Maisha was born and raised in the Bay Area. She has been in the dental field for over 18 years. She joined our team in April of 2013 and is a very welcomed addition. Maisha enjoys spending time with her family camping and fishing.

Dr Pacleb and her staff are wonderful. They are Knowledgeable and friendly. I have been seeing her now for over 10 years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Pacleb saw me on an emergency basis (my regular dentist was away). I called her 10 hours after my tooth got chipped and she repaired it that day. Most importantly, she explained the treatment thoroughly beforehand and satisfactorily answered all my questions after. Incredible service!

They are all about making sure that your visit is as comfortable as possible. Iv had at least 4 different people in my grill over the last two years and each of them were great.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ellen and the office's assistants. Dr. Ellen is very detailed and thorough with her analysis and her work. She also made me feel comfortable. For the first time ever, I can say I had fun at a dentist appointment

I worked for Dr. Pacleb years ago and after all the dentists I have worked for I still came back to her. If my insurance was out of network I didn't care, when I had no insurance I still came to her. I have dental phobia so Dr. Pacleb is the only place I can go and they don't have to use nitrous to calm me down. Tom is the only one I will let clean my teeth without a fight, my mother, father and a few friends still see Dr. Pacleb after I referred them. If everyone was as great and professional as Dr. Pacleb and her staff everyone would love to go to the dentist.

I know that going to the dentist isn't high on everyone's list, but when I go to Ellen Pacleb's practice, I feel like I'm visiting family. And my teeth love the thorough cleaning!

Dr. Pacleb is beyond excellent. As an 85 year old woman I have been to many dentists in my life: She is an expert: Professional, and very thorough, and kind. She cares about your dental health, and well being. I have never had such a thorough dentist. The staff is efficient and NICE!

I love going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned because I love my dentist Dr Pacleb and her husband Tom the hygienist. I trust them implicitly - I've been going to them for 15 years or so and not seeing them during Covid was a real hardship.

Dr Pacleb and her team are great! My front tooth implant came out perfectly, even though it wasn't an easy job. They really took the time and steps until it came out right. I had some fillings, teeth cleaning and I'm pleased with everything. I can't imagine going anywhere else, they are also very friendly, when you walk in you feel good.
