An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I hadn't been to the dentist in so long. My tooth started bothering me so I finally went and it was as enjoyable as a dentist office visit could be ha. Everyone was so nice. I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to do a million other things like other dentists have done to me in the past. Just addressed the tooth that was bothering me and the next steps. The hygienist was so sweet and the dentist I saw was awesome as well! Going to book my husband here for his next visit too!

My whole family has been going to this dentist for about 4-5years. Everyone we have encountered at the office is friendly and capable. They take our insurance. They are very straightforward about cost. The hygienist, is meticulous. Dr Fareid is kind and skilled. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Coeler and Dr. Fareid are both amazing dentists! I've been to a lot of dentists before I found them, and I can tell that they're both just so knowledgeable. Most importantly, they care about the patient first. They really go above and beyond to make you happy! I would recommend them both to any of my friends and family.

What can I say about Packwood Creek Dental except The whole staff on a scale of 1 through 10 I rate them 100 !!! I have never been to a Dental office with such an exemplary staff ! From when I first walked through the door being greeted by Belkin at the reception area. Then having Erica explain in perfect detail my financial options. , And of course Dr. Bevan Fareid who made my emergency dental treatment seem like an ejoyable social call,and Dr. Juliet Chang who made my surgical procedure a very comfortable, and painless experience. As well as Val who made my X-rays a piece of cake with his professional reassuring demeanor. Having Dental work done at Packwood Creek is not like a trip to the dentist it's like a visit with good friends. Other Dental offices could take a lesson from Packwood Creek on what a trip to the Dentist should be like.

Came to the office to see the specialist to have my tooth extracted. My previous office gave me the wrong information and scheduled me with their dentist instead of the oral surgeon. Dr Freed, took care of me and got me out of pain the same day. God Bless his hands.

My partner and I both had dental emergencies and needed help quickly. We had never been to Packwood before, but are so glad we choose them. The front desk staff are SUPER friendly and were very helpful in getting us scheduled ASAP! Dr. Fareid and Dr. Chang we're Amazing, explaining our options and the keeping the procedure as painless as possible. Erica did a wonderful job explaining the cost and insurance coverage in clear detail, which was very helpful. Wonderful atmosphere, which made for a stress free dental experience. THANKS!

Long story short their time is more valuable than yours! It's ok to call you on your way to the appointment to tell you it's cancelled as they did with my husband last week...HOWEVER it's not ok for you to call them on your way and tell them you're running late while they keep you on the phone pretending they will ask the doctor to see if he will see you if you're barely over 15 min late. Starbucks must have been closed today cuz they were running high on power tripping trying to enforce their 15 min policy (which they never mentioned before). They like to argue and be difficult and petty more than they like to help patients and be compassionate. Doctor and hygienist are all right. This is not about them. It's just not worth the hassle and the unprofessionalism.

Very unprofessional. Dentist, Joel Coeler, didn't finish procedures. They overcharge and sent a bill even though all work was paid for in advance. I called to see what the bill was for. No one could tell me. They said someone would call the next day to explain the bill and the subpar work. That was Sept 15. No one, to this day, has called. Be careful, Visalia Modern Dentistry is associated with Packwood Creek and also has the same problems with poor work and making up prices.

Had an appt. about 1 month ago went in had x-rays taken to evaluate the work that needed to be done, all good. Next appt. was approximantly 1 month later. I show up 10 minutes before appt. time and was put in a room to wait. One of the associates followed me in sat down and ask why I was there. I ask why they didnt know why I was there, After explaining he left the room and after a few minutes I noticed there where 3 open bags of bio hazard bags and 1 wall mount container also open all laying on the floor with bloody gauze and used syringes in clear view. I sat up in my chair only to have my arm stuck to the sticky chair...I walked to the hall ask for assiantance the associate lead me to the front counter and i was given an immediate refund.

I'm surprised people are rating the front staff poorly. They have answered all of my questions before scheduling an appointment with them and were super friendly when I met them in person. Dr. Fareid told me why I was in unbearable pain and prescribed me meds as I wait for my oral surgeon appt. Really appreciate how empathetic the whole team was. Almost forgot to add, the office is modern and clean and there was no wait time.

The DDS Bevan Fareid is amazing! One of the best dentist I've ever known. He is so profesional, knowledgeable and so caring. He is the kind of dentist that everyone is looking for to take care of you and your family's dental care. The front desk is a different story, they are not rude, but they can have more courtesy when explaining things.
