Thank you to the wonderful staff at PACKER FAMILY DENTISTRY. Special Thank you to MS. Tammy for the warm conversation and detailed follow-up. I know I am being well taken care of and I always learn something new during my visits.

In my opinion, I would stay away from this Dentist. Dr. Packer could messed up replacing a filling three times and I eventually had to have it pulled. The place I went to get it pulled was very professional and friendly. You could really tell the difference between offices. Dr. Packer also talks about things and behaves in an unprofessional manner almost every time we interact. At first it seemed nice to have a dentist who seemed down to earth, but as it went on it just seems like someone who doesn't know how to carry themselves professionally. I've also had to reschedule plenty of appointments because of whatever issues they were having. I like the front desk receptionist though, she is always polite. I would rate it 1, but I also really like the employee that does the cleanings. She would be a 5 star by herself, as she is always professional and does a great job. Hopefully Packer Family Dentistry can pull it together, if not I feel like the wonderful employees that work there would be better fit at another office. 2 out of 5. (Find another place to go! We're talking about your teeth!)

I love Dr Packer and her staff, they are family, she's the 1st dentist i have ever had that actually cared. She cares about the work she does and the people she does it for. My whole family goes to her. She's great with children and adults.From cleanings, to root canals, to dentures. my family has been extremely satisfied with her services. Packers Family Dentistry has helped me smile with confidence for the 1st time in my 28 years of life. I am very grateful and thankful for them.

When I started going here they told me I needed a root canal and they even referred me to a place well after I had that done I was never able to get back in touch with them I kept calling and calling leaving voice mail after voice mail this was going on for about 2 weeks and I still never heard anything back so I finally had to go to a new dentist I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Very professional and knowledgeable. My family loves friendly atmosphere punctuality of appointments and personal care. Most definitely the best choice in Dentistry I've ever seen.

I was so humiliated when I went here. I called the day before to let them know i needed some teeth pulled. Got an appointment next day. Went in and the dentist (owner) called me a drug addict and said it was my own fault my teeth were like this. First off never done drugs in my life , secound off how dare her judge someone. She didnt even pull my teeth and told her assistant to refer me to someone else.

I've been a patient of Dr. Packer since I moved to Maryland. Dr. Packer is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The hygienist, Monique, and support staff are great as well. They are always quick to respond to my dental concerns and questions.

Had an emergency today, broken front tooth. They slid me in right away and did an excellent job. Zero pain and a perfect restoration. Thank you Dr. Packer!

Dr. Packer and her staff are the greatest. We're a military family and we move a lot, so we've seen a lot of dentists. They make you feel like you're their only patient - they're kind, caring, thoughtful, professional, and thorough. Plus now with the pandemic, I'm so grateful she's our dentist because she's following all safety precautions to a tee. Thanks Dr. Packer!

Kind, friendly, fun practice. Very professional, they care about their patients and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Anyone with dental anxiety I would recommend them going here.

I have been going to Dr. Packer for years, moving from Jersey and going through 5 dentists in Maryland, and everyone of them wanted to do unneeded procedures, I needed a dentist that understood someone from the military. On May 6 I had a toothache, with COVID 19, no dentists were available for emergency procedure, but Dr. Packer was available to have me in the very next day. Many dental office were not equipped with the ventilation to have procedure, but Dr. Packer did. I would definitely recommend Dr. Packer as your family dentist.

In regards to my rating the dentistry is very unprofessional and disrespectful in the way they treat their patients and the fact that they will schedule you an appointment then the day of cancel it and they will continuously do this I have been waiting almost a full year for my chipped in half tooth to be fixed because they got "sick the day of" how are you mysteriously sick the day of MY appointment. This is absurd And regret spending any time with them

I was so delighted to find a dentist who really cared about me. Dr Kim was so pleasant to talk to , she went through all my dental issues with patience and she really truly cared about me. I am so happy I found this dentist. She was willing to work with me in stages and did not rush me into expensive treatments. The staff, Tammy and Destiny were so kind and caring they got me in fairly quickly although being booked up. I give the a 110% . I hope Dr Kim recovers from her surgery. Thank you so much for all you have done to help me !!!

Always late with my appointment Reps have hit me There was children sitting in her lounge who spit all over me Told my hair was gonna be made as a voodoo doll Charged 2 times for late appointments One time had to wait over 50 minutes to be seen only to wanna walk out and never wanna be seen by her again Seen any ppl in her office that work for her walk out on her Was told by packer that she was gonna bend my nose and steal my shoes and then ordered to be kept alive I wouldn't go here ive had enough of the abuse I just want my teeth fixed on not a million and one stories about a dentist life
