the front desk is starting dirty business. I have a payment plan for many month . then today front desk required me to take loan and apr 35%. before I sign , I ask the lady who is forcing me the loan . she assured me it is o% apr and no finance fee. I think she made commission. so I have both payment plan and loan. so strange. she made me sound like I have no other choice to take loan in other to keep original payment plan.

On November 01,2022 I visited Pacific Sky Dental for my cleaning. Jason was my dental hygienists, he's very knowledgeable, calm, neat and soft spoken individual. He did a great job on my teeth, very professional. His very honest as well. He told me that my brushing was good but my flossing needs to get better. He told me that I need to go back after six month for routine cleaning. I asked him if I can have impression on my crown on tooth #14. Of course he replied politely. Dr. Chu and other dental assistants came over for measurements. A few minutes later DrJone came over for final inspection. I saved lots of time. I accomplished two things in one visit. Thanks alot

Friendly staff, will try their best to accommodate for your individual needs. I need a lot of work done. They help me by try squeezing in the most procedures per visit.

Awesome at most times. Last appointment done work well. Can't get shots . Got nice dentist and got shots for gums. Now get Lazer cleaning too.being pro active. Long time patient

Pacific Sky treated me for an emergency extraction of a molar implant. I had been looking for a new dentist, and the patient registration process was efficient. I was so glad they took me in so quickly. In spite of being super busy, they didn't waste time and Dr. Jone was amazing with his knowledge and skills. He quickly assessed the problem and with impressive skill cleaned bone of the infection, removed the problem implant, put in bone graph. Shana was great support, especially during the bone cleaning. Everyone that treated me was very friendly and tried their best. I signed up for there membership program which I think is very reasonable. I go back for follow up and cleaning in 3 weeks.

I have been with Pacific Sky dental since 2015 and even if I moved to Concord, CA I still stayed with them because of the Doctor and the kind front desk people I dealt with for years. My last visit on Oct 12, 2022 was the worst visit I have ever had. Everyone at the front desk were rude, disrespectful and did not accommodate me and my daughter as soon as we walked in. Unfortunately, I no longer recommend this Dental Office to anyone. Me and my other family members are now switching to another Dental Office.

X-Ray process was rough, scare to go in again with the same assistant. I had very good experience in the past n I do plan to return as I have been using DR JONES for 2 years and very happy with his work.

I went to see Dr Jone for the pain in two lower molars. Dr Jone stated I would need 1 root canal and a filling for a cavity. Instead of getting what Dr Jone said I needed, he gave me two root canals. Unnecessary dental work. Dr Jone did the procedures so bad he did not cap one tooth for root canal properly leaving it exposed and in the other tooth Dr Jone destroyed my crown . Dr Jone then gave me a full treatment plan which would include crowning all lower teeth with crowns with zirconia. I am glad I did not go through with it the plan. I called the office for explanation as to why my plan stated in writing crowns will be of porcelain ceramic not zirconia as Dr Jone said to me. The front office kept giving me so many lies they couldn't keep up with their lies. I then spoke to office manager Candy Samayoa who gave same repeated lies that they don't do zirconia crowns. I stated in this time and technology all dentist offices do zirconia crowns. She stated Dr Jone will get back to me. Dr Jone did get back to me but with same lies.I stated I was going to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Dental Board of California for violations of the Dental Licensure Act and take legal action for false adversting, bait and switch practices and promising services not given.Dr Jone has made my dental health worse than before I went in. I would advise every patient who has had a terrible experience with Dr Jone to file complaint with the California Dental Board. This board will investigate Dr Jone for his unprofessional business practices. Dr Jone has left me with two big holes were my teeth used to be. I am in constant pain and looking for a honest ethical dentist to correct Dr Jones work.

Front desk and billing are non responsive. As soon as they collect the bills and patients done with procedure, they will not help you with paperworks. They will not call back as promised and they will never be on time sending documents needed for my Flexible spending.
