The front desk has extremely ruined my entire experience. Dr Harandi is a great doctor. He makes every effort to be genuinely personable. While I had a severe dent in my gums after the procedure due to the dressing being placed on too tight and digging into my gums, I bared with extreme pain and swelling and decided to be patient with the process. Only for my patience to be thrown back in my face. I received mail with a new statement claiming I owed a balance. I wrote to them in shock. A front desk lady by the name of Madison called threatening to take me to collections (the next day after my email).I had my surgery on 8/24 and was quoted a price that I paid for in full the same day. I had a checkup a week later. I asked the front desk can you please confirm whether the amount has changed, she said no. On September 13th, I again asked whether it has changed, the lady said no everything is fine and final, you have no changes. I even made sure she looked in the system and was not just talking from assumptions. She logged in and looked me in the face and said no changes. So, imagine my surprise when weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying I am 30 days past due. The bill is dated 10/11/2022 and shows insurance made a payment last on 9/20/2022. How is a bill 30 days past due as of a letter dated 10/11/2022 showing insurance made a payment on 9/20/2022? Even if we are going by the 9/20 date, it had not even been a month per the dated letter. Then they claimed they sent me mail before and it got returned. Which I find hard to believe. They never left a message or sent me an email saying we tried to send you something that came back twice. Nothing has EVER failed to reach me at my address, which has not changed for 4 years now. But miraculously I got it the 3rd time. How was it not deliverable two other times but it delivered this time? That seems very suspicious. Why did they continue to send mail to the same address if they kept getting it sent back, without making actual contact with me via all channels including email to inform me of this? They have my email address on file which they use to repeatedly send me check in forms. They called me twice never left a clear message. I called them back no answer. I left a message asking them to call and leave a detailed message. This is all while I was out of the country. Madison's answer was they can't leave a descriptive message. But I've known doctors' offices to say what the call is about. They can clearly say it is in regard to billing or in regard to appointment rescheduling, or we tried to send you something and it came back. None of that was done. Madison seems to think I do not have caller ID records. They only bothered to call TWO TIMES. I called back each time and once left a message saying if it is important leave me a message saying what the nature of the call is. Never heard from them again until the mailing. I work and travel and move around. I am barely home, but that doesn't stop my mail which is securely enclosed inside my building and is large enough to hold mail for even 3 months. Be careful with billing when it comes to the Walnut Creek location. You may end up with a surprise balance and be threatened with collections for less than $100 balance in less than a month. I am never associating with them ever if they were the last business open in the world.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. I just don't like the way the periodontist checking my teeth.He wasn't gentle enough checking my gums.It seems like he's poking my gums.I have to ask him to stop a few times because it hurts.They did the same thing from my last dental check up and the hygienist was kind enough to stop if I get hurt.In this clinic,the periodontist continue to do it even he knew that I'm hurting. I regret coming here for my gum recession evaluation.I WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I will surely go a place where I can feel comfortable.

We were referred to Dr. Harandi's office by our orthodontist. My son needed a frenectomy and this office came highly recommended. I couldn't be any more pleased with the professionalism & kindness of Dr. Harandi & his staff (especially during Covid). I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr. Harandi was great. Incredibly nice and was very efficient. Dental work done was excellent. No issues. Staff in the office plus his dental assistant shared the same positive attitude and demeanor he had.

Dr. Harandi and his office are a very well-organized group. They make everything that is going to happen clear and comfortable. Nothing was left to imagination and fear. The procedure went without a hitch, just as it was explained. There was no pain, no surprises, and he continued to check periodically. Yeah, the scraping and grinding might be upsetting to some folks, and yeah, I was counting how many stitches he put in, but nothing was cause for concern. I was well-prepared by him and his staff. My one issue is getting conflicting reminders of where to go for the next appointment.

Dr. Harandi is the warmest, most compassionate doctor I've ever worked with! He is kind, he listens, and his touch is extremely gentle. He had my complete trust every step of the way. The surgery went flawlessly and didn't hurt at all! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hurandi is just wonderful. He is an extremely good periodontist and has a easygoing manner that puts you at ease. Having gum surgery is not pleasant but he and he staff make it all a pleasant experience. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Harandi and his staff are fantastic. This may be the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and caring dental offices i have ever visited. I was dreading and pushing off gum graft surgery for months, but having now gone through it i can honestly say the dread was worse than the actual procedure and recovery. Prior to the surgery dr harandi walked me through what he does, how he does it and why. During the procedure i felt nothing once i had been numbed and it all went very quickly. The aftercare instructions were clear and i had no problem at all taking care of myself by following the instructions once home. My mouth has healed very nicely and i am very happy with my results. All of the follow up appointments have been very positive. I can't recommend these lovely people enough!! Don't be scared, they will take care of you.

I've seen Dr Harandi several times now and I always walk out with a pleasant experience. He is patient and thoroughly answers all my questions. I truly feel like he's looking out for my well being, not his wallet. Hard to find that in a Dr sometimes. Staff is friendly and I've never had to wait for more than 5 min, if that.

I went to Dr Harandi because I was concern about my gum recession. He spend time to explain everything that I needed to know in a caring and professional manner. His wonderful demeanor and honesty, couples with his expertise and make him a doctor that any patient wish for. I will definitely go back to him whenever I need a periodontics treatment.

My Dentist referred me to Dr. Harandi on a few occasions over the last two years but I was scared to death of the procedure so I put it off until I was no longer able to do so. Made my first appointment for the consultation and then committed to the procedure date. On the day of the procedure I was physically shaking I so nervous. I must admit, all of this was for nothing. Dr. Harandi made me feel so comfortable and honestly I felt very little discomfort during the procedure and even after. Even the numbing shots were easy and painless. These types of things are never any fun, but if you have to get this done, Dr. Harandi is your man! I have a very low tolerance for pain and honestly never anticipated such an easy and painless procedure and I definitely know it's because of his approach and care for the comfort of his patients. I have already recommended him to two of my friends that have the same fears I did. Thank you for making such a scary procedure into an easy and painless one!

Very good visit! I was excellently informed of my condition, my options, and the recommendation of Dr. Harandi. I typically have moderte anxiety around and during dental appointments, but I was made to feel comfortable throughout the duration of this appointment. I'm going back at the end of the month for dental surgery. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Harandi.

Dr. Harandi is amazing. He's very personable and patient. Nobody loves having gum surgery, but he makes the experience acceptable. I was even smiling when I left the office. From intake to the last appointment he and his staff are great. Thumbs up!
