Most of us wanted to be teachers when we were growing up. Not Dr. Lim. Her heroes have always been dentists. Ever since she met her first one when she was a 12-year-old girl in Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Lim wanted to be just like them. So, as it turns out, did her older sister, who also became a dentist. Since earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1992, Dr. Lim has continued to stay on top of the latest dental trends and techniques. She holds a Master's Degree in Periodontology and has received additional training in Cosmetic Veneers and Dental Implants. A big believer in community service, Dr. Lim spends much of her spare time helping others through programs such as, Meals on Wheels, Lestonnac Free Clinic, and Care Harbor. She also enjoys painting Korean folk art, reading, swimming, dancing and golfing.

Honestly I was super nervous to go to the dentist but coming here was the best decision I've made. The staff is super nice & Dr.Lim is the sweetest she's so gentle with everything she does & I love that because my fear of the dentist has always been due to some dentist being so harsh & hurting me. If you're looking for a good gentle dentist you should 100% come here. She also makes sure to walk you step by step with what she thinks is best for you & shows you with a small camera so you can personally see what she's talking about.

Very good work was kinda scared to come at first but definitely worth no more pain that used to come and go. Also my fillings are just as she left them from two years ago really satisfied.

The best experience at the dentist has been with Dr. Lim, a great professional who works with excellent quality products, she looked for the best solution to the dental problem I presented, thanks to her now I have better dental health!!! Thank you Dr Lim.

We love Dr Lim. My whole family has been coming here for years. Last year we took over the care of my mother in law and brought her here (mother in law that has diabetes resulting in really bad teeth and gums) we felt she was not getting the proper dental care from her other dentist as she suffered from recurring tooth and gum infections. Dr Kim removed her infected tooth and made sure she healed properly. This week I brought my mom from LA area so she can see Dr Lim ( she hasn't seen a dentist in 5 years). My mom is so happy with her treatment that she loves coming to the dentist now. The staff is great and very sweet with all the patients I highly recommend Pacific Dental and give them 10 stars.

I would like to make it clear that I go to the dentist regularly and unfortunately due to covid my office closed so I tirelessly was looking for an office to handle a cleaning for me and specifically find an office that can help my fiance with care and understanding. We just signed up for Medicare since our career paths don't offer insurance and we are on the road 11 months out of the year in a new city every two weeks. I was due for my cleaning, I was not concern for me but I was also looking over my partner and staying by his side and rubbing his arm, talking him through how important this is health and to prepare for a good start to get the perfect smile he deserves. THAT IS NOT THE OUTCOME HE RECEIVED AT THIS FACILITY. My partner gets sick and can't sleep before the dentist he is completely traumatized and hearing his stories from his past broke my heart and I wanted to do everything possible to make this right. So we go to Dr Lim and boy he was degraded the worst possible way. Sitting in a chair listening to someone making unprofessional comments about him and opinions on being with my partner. Also, when told his molars will need to come out, there was no explanation as to why, no presentation to alternatives no display of compassion. Just faces and nasty comments and saying things like "it's useless to try and save anything" without a why. No root canal? Why? Explain? Get him on the same page. Fill me in to. I'm the one that's been trying to help him get the courage to go in just so they can validate the point of never wanting to go. Because of treatment like this. We did the hard part, go there and find solutions, get answers, get a deep cleaning. But no. Didn't even open his mouth. Once we left the office, he was in tears and felt so low for a long time. I called the office the same day. Me still trying to make this work I called the office. Nausea or Natasia? Answered I said, "I understand your waiting room is full if you can please call me before you close today so we can be on the same page and see what happen today" never called me I waited two days and called Friday, I spoke with her again and I was bringing up my concerns and what happen. She was not hearing me out and did not take responsibility for anything!!! Anything!!! Very condescending! When she herself while doing my cleaning told me Dr. Lim can be grumpy and rude. That was not reassuring at all. I did not get anywhere with her and she did not see anything wrong with the comments and doing something drastic like taking someone's molars out WITHOUT EXPLAINING TO THE PATIENT WHY. Or alternatives. They knew how scared he was, they knew he was the priority, they knew it was not an easy case. I expressed my concerns before hand and it was just went out the window because of someone being grumpy and someone was past their hour lunch break. Please don't go here. For someone that put in so much time to find the right place, THIS IS NOT IT! We found a new dentist in La Canada and told them everything that happen from start to finish and were completely applaud, sick to their stomach and told us that is completely unprofessional. We were the test trial of a new dentist spot for my other five family members. They couldn't believe it themselves. They were listening to the phone call I had with them on Friday and were speechless. Just don't go there are better places. Good luck.

I don't recommend it at the beginning all very nice and pretty. But when she makes a mistake and does a bad job for you, don't expect an apology, much less expect her to fix what she screwed up. she won't help you. she will never be responsible. Be careful because you complain. They will harass you with too much text messages to your phone. Today I had to ask 4 times to please leave me alone. Now I am in a lot of pain and an infection that is running to the ear. Please be very careful when you come here as I told you at the beginning you will believe that you are in good hands and responsible people but it is not like that. please find another place.

If your looking for a dentist office that truly cares about the patient (you).. look no further. They do quick fast work and don't beat around the bush, also get quick appointment dates within days/weeks not like the other dentist months. Just had a lot of work done within 1 or 2 months now have no more pain(head hurting pain). I got a crown for my front tooth now I can smile with no shame..got my smile and confidence back. Thanks pacific dental group.

What up ever one my name is gio. I was looking for a dental care after going to two people " Professional dentist". I have found the right one that would fix, extra and removed caves. With out pain or suffering of depression of your teeth. Your kid would like this actually professional dentist. No big Needles that hurt your gums. Go and fix your smile and your health.
