Dr. Neil Oishi and his staff are absolute gems of the Pacific. His skills and care as an oral surgeon is over the top. He is a 10 out of five. The only Dr. that I can't wait for my next appointment. He is that good. Christine in claims/billing explains the details in such a simple friendly manner. She handles it all. Most of all, he is on top of "pain free" treatments and keeps you pain free. The best of both worlds. Much Mahalo Dr. Neil!

Went in to have some wisdom teeth pulled, and the experience could not have been better. The past few years have seen me develop anxiety, and it was only heightened having to go get my teeth pulled. Dr. Oishi and his staff were amazing at alleviating my discomforts and worries. They took their time and allowed my anxiety to settle down. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have been treated by such wonderful people. Thank you again Dr. Oishi and your amazing staff!

Awesome experience for my autistic daughter. Dr. Haruki and staff were patient and explained everything so she could understand. She is now resting comfortably at home after removing 3 wisdom teeth.

I highly recommend the Pacific Maxillofacial Center. The staff was very warm and friendly. Kainoa was exceptional - explaining the procedure, answering all my questions and and making me fee very comfortable with the upcoming process. Dr. Haruki's expertise and experience put me completely at ease. During the actual procedure, he and the his assistant (I think it was Ashlyn), were very attentive to any discomfort I was experiencing. I flew in from Kauai (due to a very bad experience in Lihue), and got everything done in one trip. The extra cost was well worth it. Considering it was surgery, it was a great experience.

Had a infected/fractured tooth pulled out from Dr.Haruki. Him and his team was very courteous and professional. Was a little nervous but they made me feel at ease. The whole procedure only took less than 10min. There was a slight nerve pain for a few seconds, but that was it! A walk in the park! Thought I would have swelling and ahces post surgery, but no..Prescribed pain medication not needed at all! It goes to show you that Dr. Haruki's expertise in this business is second to none. Will definitely be going back for an implant. Thanks

Very courteous and efficient operation from the front desk to the procedure from the doctor! Doctor was very informative about the procedure and the risk involved. Follow up phone call from the doctor was very informative and reassuring! Would recommend them to my family and friends!

My first impression was that everyone was so friendly. The person that we had helping with the consultation was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient in explaining what my concerns were. During the procedure, Dr. Oishi explained what was happening and made me feel at ease. The call back from him that night was very reassuring because I still had more questions. Although, I'm still scheduled to see him again, I want to thank Dr. Oishi and his staff.

My experience with the Pacific Maxillofacial Center was wonderful! I called in with an urgent matter and they were extremely helpful with getting me in asap!! The staff is very attentive from the moment you call, throughout your visit and even checking in a week later to ensure I am feeling okay and healing properly. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call for your needs. I always have slight anxiety when having any dental work done. I voiced my concerns before the procedure and the Dr. and assistant did everything to ensure I was well taken care of. I actually felt like they listened to me!! hands down the best possible experience!!

This is a great organization, from the doctor, to the assistants, to the office staff. They all greet you, make sure you are always informed as to what is going to happen next, and are the ultimate professionals. I highly recommend their work and their office if you need this kind of dental care.
