Dr. Lin was great. He saw me on very short notice after I knocked a tooth loose. He was thorough and provided a treatment plan and potential issues to look out for. He did a CT scan and explained what he was looking for in the images. Definitely go see him if you need any help with a dental emergency. The office was clean and comfortable. The front office staff was very nice and helped me throughout the whole process.

Excellent experience having to have an emergency root canal. They fit me in some how after a cancelation and Dr. Lin did an amazing job. I felt no pain which was my my main concern. Highly recommend this office!

Tried to force me to sign an authorization for the procedure prior to my consultation. Consultation was extremely rushed and potential complications were not even discussed.

I had a root canal that i did not feel at all. Dr. Lim was very informative and precise during this procedure. This is the first time i could honestly say I enjoyed my time at the dentist. The chair was comfy, environment nice, and allowed me to watch Netflix during the process. Thank you Dr. Lim for your positive attitude and your great sense of humor.

Dr. Lin and his team are amazing. My experience with Dr. Lin was wonderful from start to finish. He explained the root canal procedure everything thoroughly and He even called later that evening to make sure I was comfortable and free of pain...They are patient and genuinely care for your well-being. I Highly recommend his practice.

I highly recommend Pacific Endodontics! Today, I had the most amazing appointment in this office which says a lot considering I went in for a root canal. I called the office and was greeted by Angel who was pleasant, professional, informative, and made me feel comfortable. Luckily there was a cancellation and she was able to get me in the same day. Once in the office, the "new patient" process was easy and streamlined. The technician took me back and he was also very pleasant and professional. He brought me Ibuprofren to take so I could get ahead of the inflammation/pain. Dr. Lin came right in (can you believe I didn't have to wait forever as with most doctor's offices) and introduced himself. He took the time to show me the x-ray and explain the procedure. I was very nervous since this was my first root canal, but Dr. Lin put me at ease. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Lin asked how I was doing, again showing exceptional patient care and "bed side manner". I never felt like just another person sitting in the chair for a procedure. After all the horror stories I've heard about having a root canal, I was surprised that I was smiling at the end of the procedure. I attribute this to Dr. Lin's professionalism, caring demeanor, and being exceptional at his craft. When Angel checked me out, not only did I receive the instructions, but she took the time to explain everything to me, what to expect over the next couple of days, as well as noting what time I took the Ibuprofren so I would know when to take the next dose. My procedure was at about 1:30pm and at 5:30pm, Dr. Lin called me at home to see how I was doing. I was totally surprised that he took the time to check on me. That was above and beyond again demonstrating exceptional patient care!

I was referred by other dentist, since I have a root canal re-treatment. I didn't have any high hope at first, since it's a dental treatment and bad experience with another dentist in the past. Boy, was I ever wrong! Dr. Lin is very attentive and truly care for the patient. I wasn't expecting a call from a dentist himself to follow up with me and asked me how I was doing after treatment. That was very refreshing!!! While I was getting a treatment, there was no pain at all. I highly recommend him to any of my family members and friends. Great job Dr. Lin!!!

Thank you Dr. Lin! I had an irritating issue with an old root canal that had been going on for years. My dentist, whom I love, recommended Dr. Lin. I'm glad he did. Dr. Lin took the time to fully assess the situation, explain the available options in detail, and talk through the potential impacts. After we chose a course of treatment, he worked gently, quickly, and was very patient with my annoying gag reflex. I am extremely pleased with the results and 3 weeks later, I am feeling really relived. The whole office staff was great and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!

Dr. Lin and his staff were great during my recent visit for a root canal. I'm a very nervous dental patient but they answered all my questions and took very good care while performing the procedure I even fell asleep once or twice. Follow up questions and concerns were fully addressed and handled with the utmost professionalism by Dr. Lin in the days after my visit. I would recommend Pacific Endodontics to anybody that has any discomfort in their teeth or anybody who wants to save a tooth! They're the right guys to go to. Thanks Dr. Lin and staff
