Stay away from this place! After inviting me to their clinic, they hit me up with all sorts of fees--in the hundreds-- despite having insurance and before doing any treatment. I paid $300 for some X-rays. But, during a few conversations with the staff to discuss scheduling, I began feeling uncomfortable because of how rude they were to me, so I called around to a few other Endodontics. When I called Pacific back to request a copy of my X-rays, the manager got on the phone and immediately was rude to me for wanting to go somewhere else. A few days later I called them back to request my X-rays so that I could present them to another Endodontics. I was told they didn't have them, that their system "was down" and they'd needed to take them again if I wanted them. I went back and took the X-rays, but when I provided them to my new Clinic, the files were corrupted and not visible. That day I called Pacific Endo back, and the manager answered the phone. Before I could even mention the X-rays, she started yelling at me stating the last time she'd spoken to me was over a month ago, which was a lie. I had spoken to her 1 week ago. She yelled, "why are you called us? We've had many requests from other clinics for your X-rays." Then she hung up the phone. I was completely appalled by this and thought I'd never call them again. (I had wasted $300 on X-rays that I never received and had to take two times. ) Even stranger was about 3 minutes later, the owner called me from a unknown number. When I answer the phone she, too, began yelling at me and threatening me in an angry and hostile voice, so I hung up the phone. What kind of person calls back a customer just to yell at them? That's crazy! As a customer and as a patient, I will tell you that these people do not care about you. They only want your money. And if you don't bow to them, they will become hostile and try to belittle you. Unbelievably terribly service and treatment here!

I am a combat veteran who was referred to Pacific Endodontics for a root canal. It would be an understatement to say I get Closter phobic in dental chairs, especially when inverted for a top tooth procedure. This has developed over the years from trauma I suffered in the military. From the start, the staff, dental assistants, and doctors were so professional and accommodating to my anxiousness and fears. They continued to make concessions for me which I know were inconvenient to them in their busy schedules. They never once appeared annoyed or bothered by my issues and when the procedure finally came, Dr. Tina T. Nguyen was so accommodating and patient. She and her assistant put me at ease and gave me peace through the whole procedure. If you need to be referred to an endodontist, this is the place! The negative reviews that have been left must have been written in an alternate reality where everything is opposite of what it should be and was inserted into this reality by evil villains. I can't imagine based upon my experience, any negativity that could come from such a well-run and caring office. I would say, "I can't wait to go back," but that would be a lie. Teeth work will never be my thing but it sure helps when there are dental offices like this! Thanks again PE team!

Scam artists who do substandard work. I paid in full at time of service, which failed a month later and I lost the tooth. Now a year and a half later they're calling me telling me they've been chasing me for and I quote years, and demanding more money. Go anywhere else these people are quacks.

My Dentist recommended I have two root canals and one of the firms he recommended was Pacific Endodontics. I am very glad he recommended Dr Tina and her team. The root canals she did were painless, she was very efficient, and I felt like she was very good at what she does. Hopefully I do not need a root canal for a long time, but when I do I'll be going back to Pacific Endodontics.

Left a review on this guy a couple years back but he somehow got it removed. So here it is again: Got referred to him through my regular, respected, dentist. When I got there for my appointment, they couldn't find the referral letter. The receptionist tried to get me to sign a paper stating that they would be doing a 3D scan of my tooth and that it "probably" wouldn't be covered by insurance. I said that, hey, I'm just here for a root canal and that I didn't want the 3D scan. She wasn't happy. The doctor was friendly enough but during the root canal, he clamped something on the inside of my cheek where the spot had been numbed and apparently left it there the entire time he did the root canal. When I got up from the chair, I started feeling the bad spot with my tongue at which point he promptly left the room. This left a very sore spot in my mouth later when the numbness wore off. Also, if it was a root canal, how come I can still feel the tooth? Also, why would somebody clamp something to my cheek just to do some drilling? Never experienced that before and can't help but think he did it intentionally. Gonna check back here after a bit and see if he gets this removed again. If you don't want bad reviews, don't treat people badly.

was provided no estimate cost, treatment plan or coverage informarion for the scan. They admitted rhe office was training new people so it was an error but i still have to be charged 200$ for a service i would of gotten elsewhere cheaper had i known my insurance wouldnt cover it. Not only that, they send they would have billing call me, it never happened and when i called the second time to ask to talk to billing i got another gaslit argument about they provided me with a service i couldnt refuse regardless of knowing the price before hand.

Dr. Nguyen and the whole staff were efficient, kind, hospitable. Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had.

I rarely if ever leave a one star review, however for this I feel it is warranted. Starting with my first appointment: I arrived on time yet waited in the waiting room for over an hour. I then approached the receptionist and asked how much longer it would be. I was told that there had been an emergency and she was unsure. I requested to reschedule. I return for my rescheduled appointment and was almost certain that the tooth in question could not be saved. There was a visible crack in the tooth (shown on X-ray) and the pain and sensitivity identical to the tooth that I had lost next to it. They did a scan which confirmed what I already knew. The quick scan cost over $400. Last Saturday (four months later) I receive a bill from them requesting an additional payment. I asked before I committed to the scan, what my *exact cost would be. They gave me a price, I paid it. I have called their office every day for the last three days. I continue to be assured that I will receive a callback from their billing department. This still hasn't happened. My experience as a whole with this office has not been favorable. Not customer savvy or considerate. I can NOT recommend Pacific Endodontics in any capacity.

I needed an emergency root canal due to an infected tooth and they got me in the next day and stayed late for the procedure. Dr. Nguyen was wonderful and her staff excellent. It was the best experience I have ever had with a root canal and at the age of 74 I have had a few. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen and staff! You are the best.

I went in for a root canal today and I just want to share how pleased I was. I walked into a beautiful office, everything was very clean and I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I was checked in and almost immediately got into a chair. Kayla was super nice and walked me through everything that she was doing and continued to be extremely caring the entire visit. The same goes for Dr. Nguyen, she was extremely gentle and caring . She took great care fixing my tooth, as I felt no pain at all. I will definitely recommend Pacific Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal. Thank you to everybody who helped me today!

GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They up charge and this place lives off of your emergency pain and dire need to be seen sooner than later. Once they've got you for an appointment, same day or next day (-- hence the 2 stars for keeping an opening for emergency dental work), they hook line and sinker you with massive bills that must be paid same day. They are lacking compassion and empathy for what our community is going thru. We are all struggling. At least give payment plan options-- especially for EXPENSIVE DENTAL PROCEDURES!!! Also-- They will charge you more than what your insurance plan makes you pay!! For reals?!?! Yes. If my plan only makes me pay 30%, they don't care and will charge you 40% since that is how they want to run their business. Very disappointing to see such greed. The reason a lot of people don't trust dentists is because they charge sooooo much, bill you for expenses your insurance doesn't cover, and sometimes bill for unnecessary work. Will not be returning, and I don't suggest you do either.

This clinic was a godsend!! Dr. Tina & her staff are absolute angels. So very compassionate & dedicated to my well-being. I came in with a very severe infection from some poor dental work I had recently had done & was told I needed to have 2 root canals. I healed very quickly from the root canals & the experience was relaxing. However the infection I came in with was so bad that I had to go back & have it drained 2 times. Dr. Tina took ever measure to ensure I was taken care of & that the infection resolved. They didn't charge me for my follow up appointments or the draining & aftercare. They just wanted me to get better!!!! It was a long process. I have never had a better experience with a dental provider. I am recommending them to everyone I know.

Dr. Nguyen and her assistant (Kathy I believe) are awesome - I've had at least a half dozen root canals and these guys are hands down the best - the one I had this morning required surgery and sutures - it's been 9 hours since my procedure and I have had very little pain, no bleeding, no bruising and no swelling - I can't speak to the other practitioners there, but I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen - she's the most personal and competent dentist I've been to.

Much gratitude to the team over at Pacific Endodontics. Thank you to Chrissy for making me feel welcome, Kaili (sp?) for holding my hand during some tense moments and of course Dr.Tina for being a root canal rock star and all around kind human being. Hope to never come back but if I do I know I'll be in excellent hands!

After an excruciating weekend of pain and a root canal with my previous endodontist scheduled out a ways, I called Pacific Endodontics for an emergency appointment. They were fantastic! From the receptionist to the financial coordinator, and of course Dr. Nguyen. I had a 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend.
