I was a long time patient. I finally moved to a new dentist and the experience is night and day. Sadly now I have to pay to get my dental work fixed that I had done at this dental practice. They cater to the Hispanic community but the treatment is substandard, they flaked on several appointments and never even returned my messages. When I got a new dentist they wouldn't even forward my records to the new dentist. I rarely leave poor reviews but I need to share my honest experience.

I came here a while back. they messed up my teeth. they replaced two tooth's of mine in the front due to them needing it to be changed because of an accident I got into as a kid. they made many temporary tooth's for me until I got the actual one and the medical dentist assistant glued them on crooked. I understand it was my temporary tooth but haha it looked so ugly. I cryed I didn't want anyone to see me. mind you I had came multiple times because they messed up my temporary tooth's in my mouth.. just image how sore my tender my gums where. then as they started to order my new teeth(porcelain) they whitened my teeth (my regular/original teeth). it made me teeth whiter but the dentist started matching the tooth that I was going to get with my freshly whitened teeth and ofc the teeth didn't match my regular tooth color because it started to turn a little yellow by the time I got back. how my teeth color don't even match.. let's just say The people that work here have no clue what they are doing, they just want to rush you in and out. I will never go back there. I hate my smile. I hope to fix it somewhere else. And not to mention when i went there a Rude woman named in Debby worked there and threatened my mom if she couldn't made the payment that was arranged. Horrible experience.. if i could give this place 0 stars I would.

Girls and boys, young and old, Dr. Danial, and his entourage of professionals are their to care for you. I had a post and crown completed after having to get an emergency root canal at another location, ouch! Everyone in this office is utilizing best practices to ensure your safety and wellness. Dr. Danial as well as his staff were kind enough to speak to me while performing their magic, assuring me the end was near, while trying to make the best out of getting the old tooth drilled out to make way for the crown, yikes.....Keep up the great work TEAM! Best wishes

I am writing this review to anyone who has been wronged or screwed over by a dentist to the point that they were close to giving up on there smile. PLEASE DONT!! I went through a dental nightmare at the hands of another dentist who left me high and dry. I contacted numerous dentists who didn't want anything to do with helping me. Until the day I called pacific dental smiles. And I met Dr Mike and his entire staff. Everyone there is amazing . I will never look elsewhere

This place is the best. Dr. Mike is fantastic and does outstanding quality work. All the rest of the staff are great also, from assistant Felix to office manager Debbie. I Highly recommend.

I have had visits at both of Dr. Mike's locations and he is always great! His staff at both locations are excellent. I honestly have never had a better dentist and staff than Dr. Mike and his team.
